KING HEATING PRODUCTS "EKO-KING" SURRY BC
King Heating Products has refused to replace my Combi C200 boiler after not being able to repair it within a reasonable time after it was started up in my new home. The Installation company stated they replaced the first one with problems and the replacement one developed similar problems. These boilers might have been early prototype stock left over from the company starting up. Chad Euverman President, could hot solve the issue of having to re-pressurize the boiler every day by a varying amount of BAR points, he couldn't find the boiler problem, so he moved up the allowable maximum BAR points a small amount, to allow for more time for me to do my daily increases. As things got worse he stated the expansion tank was acceptable, I sent him a picture of the tank cut apart with evidence of heavy rust and leakage, Chad never responded. The new tank slowed down the daily increases a bit, but they are still required. A variety of many different codes show up with a service notification and when a reset is done, it goes back to the same daily functions of operating in changing ways. The boiler can't keep up with heavy winter demands and again goes into service codes, If I shut down a few zones it will function properly. Today was a serious day with only cold domestic water which has happened now and then over the years. This post is for customers to get a solid warranty agreement for the product they will buy from this company. As stated, Chad would not respond to my replacement request, which should have solved the issues and keep a satisfied customer. With these 2 boilers being early stock, this house should not be a test house, after these issues developed a newer model should have been provided to treat the customer with honour, rather than avoidance which could be considered fraudulent treatment.
