Disappointed with the lack of response from the vip team (7+days no response when customer service advises 24 hour turnaround) also disappointed with the lack of decent no deposit bonuses offered in between. Used to love playing on this website and only this site however lately all it seems to do is take take take, I’ve started looking into other providers that are fairer instead. Do not continue playing if you win a jackpot as it will just take you back down to 0 without fail. Take your money and run. Also make sure you follow through with full verification regardless of how long it takes and don’t play your winnings in that time frame. I’ve seen a lot of repeat consistent red flags so if anything take this advice and save yourself some winnings.
