Not trustworthy! Worst shopping experience of my life.
This was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. But what happened?
- Bed ordered in October 24 with 20 days delivery time
- Bed was not delivered until December 24 in the wrong color and with substantial quality issues, like nails standing out of the frame, cracked panels etc.
- Owner promised to replace the bed.
- Nothing happened until May 25 when I involved my lawyer to finally get my money back.
The miserable quality of the bed and the waiting time was not even the worst part of this experience, it really was the owner of the shop who labels herself as "customer service". She has no client-orientation, manipulates the situation to fit her narrative and has no understanding of Swiss law. She literally does stuff that is not permitted by law, but is so full of herself that she even tried to correct my lawyer.
Long story short, I ultimately got my money back, but only by involving a lawyer. Also, she tried to remove my review multiple times and refuses to take any accountability whatsoever. If you think she has cute articles, think twice if this is really worth the hassle, as you will probably have to pay a lawyer on top of a non-functional product.
