Watchman not working after oil delivery, company will not respond.

Kinch fuel delivered my heating oil in June, after the delivery the Watchman monitor stopped working. Initially I thought it was the battery but changing them made no difference. When I looked in the oil tank the Watchman had obviously been moved which must have damaged it. I have emailed Kinch 3 times about this issue and asked if they offer a repair service but they have ignored my emails. It is the fact that as a regular customer they will not answer my emails or respond to my concerns about the damage to my Watchman monitor. This is a very expensive problem I have been left with.
