Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, employees were rude in the. Ordered computer parts for work. Time frame was 2-3 w.d. called after three days told me to wait another three if everything if ok. Wouldn't recommend.

Good place to buy on spot or order something ordinary but...
be very cautious making orders on individual PC builds, support, timelines even on some more expensive parts, It is their Achilles heel and they may be late or even forget about, ignore calls from you, did not reply your messages. Probably high competition and logistic lines since pandemic were tough on them.

Seems the Covid-19 are harder then…
Seems the Covid-19 are harder then expected. The 13th of January I ordered among other things a "Logitech MX/ANYWHERE2" mouse and made the payment. As delivery was made in 2 separate shipments, the Logitech mouse was never delivered. After constant calling and writing it was informed a new mouse was ordered by supplier on the 4th of February with 2-4 days delivery and till today the 2nd of March no delivery and no reaction to my recent mails.
