The program works almost the same as any VPN, it does not work very well at all, the subscription is never canceled, I had to cancel my credit card because they lasted 5 months charging me, when I canceled the service and write for a refund they never respond , THIEF!!!!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PRODUCT! The website is a scam. It does reroute your connection, but it probably just uses Google DNS, which you can easily change yourself for free. It did not fix my ping at all, but made my game lag. The 15 days money back guarantee is a scam. They will never respond to your mails. If you paid with paypal you're lucky. You can easily get your money back through paypal. That's what I did. Again. DO NOT BUY!

It made my ping worse in game. Zero response to several emails and they are unreachable or unavailable via any other method.
Totally unacceptable and do not fall for the 15 day money back guarantee they just ignore you.
Huge rip off and annoyance.

this kill ping.. more than doubled my ping from 70 to 170. the ping is unbearable in game. i check my ping it says 70 but when im actually in game its +100 ping. it felt like there was some torrenting or seeding happening in the background. i uninstalled the product but my ping stayed worst and seems permanently ruined.

I bought the subscription and paid through paypal. Its one the worst company, they don't provide tech support but on the website they mention about 24/7 tech support which is totally rubbish. I didn't like the service so i emailed them and unsubscribe under 15 days money back guarantee, but they never responded to my email. so I talk to paypal and escalate this case. Paypal refunded me my money. Make sure before you cancel your subscription take some pics so you can show paypal. For example date of purchase, date of cancellation and email proof that you sent to kill ping support. paypal will review your case based on the proof you have provided and then they try to contact to kill ping aswell. But kill never respond to anyone email so in the end paypal will refund your money. Pls pay through paypal always its much better and secure.

I had frequent disconnections from Elder Scrolls Online so I wanted to try KillPing to see if it helped.

It would have been better if I could try it first, but there was no way. I had to become a member to give it a go. So I had to sign up for $9.99 a month, for one month in case it didn't work.

Besides, on the page, they pretend they give refund in special occasions.

I had a better ping without the product than with (maybe they just reroute you through Google's public DNS IP addresses and since I use this myself, there was little or no change).

All right, so I asked support for a refund.

Then I uninstalled the program and in the "why" that popped up, I asked for a refund.

No refund, no answer.

Then, a week ago, I got a warning that they would take $9.99 again for this month (February 2020), I wrote to them I didn't use their product and wanted a refund and asked for them to cancel my account. On their page, in my account, there is a possibility to "cancel account" so I did.

No answer, no refund, no cancelling I have been billed $9.99 again.

I went back to my account, logged in, tried to cancel again: Not possible: "This account has already had a cancellation request submitted so you cannot submit another."

Obviously, no one takes care of these things.

Unless your connection really sucks, and unless you don't know how to use Google's public DNS IP addresses (it's free), there is no reason to fall for this scam.

No performance gain.
No support.
Refund guarantee is a lie.
Emails ignored.
Refund request ignored.
This is a scam, don't even bother.

I never got my refund after buying the application and realizing that it does not solve my ping issues. They did not even react to my complain message either.

my card was charged and i didn't receive my product. there is no support have been trying for a month now to get hold of them. i think it might be a scam

Doesn't respond to emails. Ignores request to cancel so they don't have to redund you. Charges your account even after cancelling your service.

I paid for 1 year service, now i’m like 2-3 months in and it stopped working for me. Not like it doesnt reduce lag anymore THEY LITERALLY BLOCKED ME FROM CONNECTING THE SERVER!

Everytime i tried to connect it says “ISP making it difficult to.... «” Some bullsh*t like that. Which i know is not true because i have 2 isps connected to my home and both of them was working fine before now none of them can connect to the servers.

They scammed me and a bunch of others. I still have 661 days left as of writing this because they gave me 1 year “Free”.

Paid for their service to reduce my online gaming latency it worked for about 4 months and then suddenly stopped working and I asked for a refund but nothing so stopped using it but had 500 days left at the time. logged onto it today to see a trial expired message I was very confused so I went onto the site to see if I can access my account and I cant. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE.

I signed up with them due to having lots of in-game lag over the previous two weeks, something very unusual for my normally great internet connection.

They have no trial, so you have to give them money to see if the service will even work for you, but there's a 15-day money back guarantee and they were having a sale, so, cool, I'll bite.

So I download their app, try to log in with my info, and it says it doesn't exist. After waiting a while, I try again, same thing, so I e-mail them. We go back and forth for a bit (they reply literally once per day), it never works, even with login info they gave me at one point, and then they ghosted me.

I put in a refund request, it was ignored, so I escalated it to PayPal and the company never replied to them either, so I was fully refunded.

If you are foolish enough to attempt their service, use PayPal to pay for it so you can get your money back when they ignore you.

Absolutely no customer service. They are never online on their chat system. They claim to have a 15-day money back guarantee, but they never ever respond to any request. It's been 24 days since my refund request and they have never responded and given me my refund. DO NOT USE KILLPING! They will run away with your money!

I am trying to connect to SE Asia from EU, the ping is still high after using Kill ping. So I cancell my subscription the day I bought it. Now 10 days have passed, and I still got no responses. I tried to contact the support several times, but still no reply.
If you see this, do not trust the website, it is completely spam.

Kill Ping is a scam. I emailed their customer service for 6 days without a single response. I've messaged their facebook and twitter accounts without a response either. Do not give them your money they will run away with it. I'll have to replace my credit card because Kill Ping won't cancel my subscription. Kill Ping is the worst online experience I've ever had in my life.

Never work they take my 10$ and never anwser to my email.

It's a scam, the software doesn't work and the support doesn't reply the emails, i writted them via facebook and they blocked me, this software real bad, don't buy it
