Item took 7 months to arrive and ended up being a horrible replica of some Visual Comfort sconces (that they advertised with identical imagery and product name). Because I kept asking where my item was, their customer service first offered to send me another item and told me I could just keep both. Then they backed down and never sent a replacement and offered to credit me $150 for a $350 item when I asked where the replacement was. Then, for reasons unbeknownst to me, they lowered their compensation offer to $100. I complained and they came back with $200 - we will see if that indeed ever actually hits my credit card, but I doubt it. Regardless, item is going in the trash where it belongs. I would NEVER hang something of this poor quality in my home. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

COUNTERFEIT LIGHT FIXTURES!! This company is in China and does not sell authentic items. I ordered what was represented on their website as a Visual Comfort chandelier in August 2025. When I finally received the item IN NOVEMBER it was clearly not authentic. Returning the item is not an option as the cost to ship back is 3k. They told me they would “promptly issue a refund” once I disposed of the light fixture so it couldn’t be reused and then refunded me nothing at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Saw the lights on a Facebook add and I will admit..did not read the reviews. If I had I likely would not have ordered! But I am SO glad I did.

I received a tracking number and link and Johnny emailed me after my order straight away to check which stone pattern I wanted.

The lights got stuck in Poland which was annoying and meant that they took 10 weeks to get to me. And I admit I did begin to panic!

But, Johnny continued to push the delivery companies and keep me updated. Eventually the lights turned up this weekend and they are beautiful. All in tact, very well packaged and exactly how they looked online.

If you are happy to wait a long time but save money it is worth it!

I ordered some lights on Aug 11. It's now Sept 25th and no lights. 'Johnny' follows up and shows me tracking but when looking in Shopify it doesn't show that this light has shipped.
I would absolutely NOT risk working with this company.

After 6 weeks, my lamp showed up completely damaged and unusable. When I contacted customer service, it was clearly AI/bot which was extremely difficult to work with. I won't bore you with the details, but this was a TERRIBLE experience and would not recommend.

THIS COMPANY POSTS ITEMS FROM OTHER WEBSITES AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY. LEGAL ACTION FOLLOWING.
