I made an order on August 4, 2022. Order number 27784939.
The delivery was not long, but the quality of the products is terrible. I ordered mascara - the expiration date has not yet expired, but the mascara has dried up, it is impossible to apply make-up.
Moreover, the company supports Russia - the country of the aggressor!
Until the policy of the company changes - boycott!
Terrible! I have ordered and never received it. After too much try they ask for my IBAN to refund me. And they never refund 😒 and didn't Answer anymore!

The distribution is from Italy, not the UK despite there being many Kiko stores here. This means waiting for deliveries for weeks, had I known this I would have visited a store. Wouldn't buy online again due to this
No goods received. Tracking is a joke. It looks like the parcel arrived from Italy to UK and went back yet Kiko has an English UK base. Something very fishy and they have nearly £30 if my money I cannot get back
Was given a GiftChoice voucher which I redeemed against the retailer KIKO. However I have discovered that KIKO are NOT accepting Gift Vouchers as payment online and there is no resolution in sight. You have to visit the store itself which, in a lockdown, is proving difficult?!?!?! The nearest KIKO store to me is about a 120 mile round trip, which for £25 voucher doesn't make much sense. I hope that they are planning on getting this fixed. At the end of the day KIKO/GiftChoice have been paid and they have yet to provide the services as advertised on their website(s)
