Best prices and a large variety of products
Very good prices and a large variety of products, however, the package tracking is quite confusing, so the order status. I expected to receive regular updates via email when the order status changed, but the system is mostly passive. You need to open the site and check it by yourself.

Wrong stock information, order not delivered, refund takes forever!
I ordered a monitor from Kijkshop.nl on 17-11-2020 and according to the website, there were 18 items in stock and it supposed to be delivered next day.
The next day I have received an email saying that there is a "small" delay and they were expecting shipment in 3 days. Of course, it didn't shipped.
I cancelled my order because of the uncertainty of delivery. They said, cancellation put through successfully and they said, refund will take place tomorrow (the day after they send me this confirmation email).
Days passed, still no refund.
Stock information on the website clearly incorrect. And it takes milliseconds to take the payment, but refund takes forever. They are literally holding my money now. This is a very unpleasant experience.
I definitely do not recommend this website. Pay more but make your transactions from a decent shop.

Update: 02/12/2020: Haven't received any reply yet. Neither to my customer support emails, or nobody contacted with me regarding the comment below.
Update: 03/12/2020: Refund issued.
Update: 04/12/2020: PayPal refund is still pending. Apparently they issued the refund but didn't paid that amount to PayPal yet. Looks like they are still stalling.
Update 15/12/2020: PayPal refund cancelled. It couldn't go through. This website is clearly a fraud. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

It is exactly what I ordered
It is exactly what I ordered, the next day it arrived. The product is great, perfect for hard floors it really vacum cleans also great for carpet, it has a powerful suction. It has the mapping that makes sure it vacum everywhere. The mop system also advantage. Will never vacum nor mop ever again. All in all amazing.

Would not recommend buying anything at kijkshop.nl.
They have promised to send back the refund on the returned package, yet even after 1 month of waiting, I did not receive the money back.
The replies from the customer support are not helpful and somewhat rude.
P.S. Got the refund one day after I posted this review! So I changed the rating to 3 stars.

Poor refund of money
The selling and delivery is good.
The problem is return.
Product delivered back at 30.10.
Today we have 13.11 so 10 working days is gone but money not refunded yet.
I do understand terms and conditions but dealing with someone’s money is sensitive item. No one CA HM AMAZON BOL noone keeps the money till end of refund time or longer. All serious sellers are dealing with it asap.

Incompetence feels like home at Kijkshop.nl
I usually start my conversations with "I apologies for not speaking Dutch". As they confirmed they DO, speak/understand English, I'm blaming the whole situation on lack of professionalism and not a language barrier.
So, the website advertises that if one orders until 20:00, it will get delivered the next day. I ordered an espresso machine (the site said they have +20 in stock) on Thursday at ~17:00 and expected it for Friday.
The item was a birthday present for Saturday.
No communication came from them on Friday what so ever, so I called in the evening, to be told that it will not be delivered today (blaming Corona and not taking ownership). I said ok, can it be delivered on Saturday the latest? To which they were not able to confirm/guaranty.
No communication came from them on Saturday either, so I called them again in the afternoon, to be told that the order will be delivered on Tuesday. Now I decided to ask for CANCELLATION, which was confirmed and processing.
The bad experience continued for the next week, as they did DELIVER an order that I CANCELED, without any currier message/ no track and trace/etc. It just ended at my door around 12:30. After 16:00 I received an email from the store which happily confirmed the delivery.
I'm curious what would go wrong with the RETURN process because of course, I will not keep it, due to the whole experience (and mainly the fact that I order another on Sunday from BCC and they delivered the next day, no issues there).
LATER EDIT: Of course the return took forever. I called 16 days later, to be told that my money will be refunded in 2 days. Guess will have to wait two more days and hope for the best.
Again, in short, worst experience ever.

Disappointed
So, i ordered yesterday 19.10.2020 a laptop. And today 20-10-2020 I got it, unfortunately the laptop is not what i expected. And now i wanted to return, but i can not. Why? i don't know. like i opened just the box, not even turn on the laptop etc. Called them 3 times, nothing.
Very disappointed, i would like an explication from them why i can not return the product, cause i read on their website that even if it s opened i can return it back(if no damages)

Wrong TV, wrong day, wrong aftersales
Without prosed notice the wrong tv was delivered suddenly, 2 days early. Was promised a swift refund policy and clear communication. Guess what? Haven't heard a thing. Never again. They were polite, though. That's why 2 instead of 1 star.
