Ordering from this store involves a significant risk when it comes to sizing and returns.

I ordered a long sleeve and selected my size based on the size chart provided on the website. According to this chart, size L should have been sufficiently loose (even somewhat oversized), but in reality it fit extremely small.

I then contacted customer support and provided my height and weight. Based on this, I was advised to order size 2XL. I explicitly asked whether this would be comparable to an EU 2XL, and this was not clarified or corrected.

After receiving the replacement, it again did not fit properly and was even shorter than expected, with very little difference compared to the initial order.

Only later was it stated that:

* the clothing is based on Asian sizing
* and that the size chart is “for reference only”

This is problematic, as the size chart provides specific measurements and is clearly intended to guide customers in selecting the correct size.

Additionally:

* Returns must be shipped to China
* Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
* Potential customs fees (~$25) are mentioned for returns
* Despite incorrect sizing advice, this is still treated as the customer’s responsibility

Conclusion:

* The size chart is not reliable in practice

don't hesitate and buy with kiikio!

kiikio has items really trendy unique and original i had to buy this combat edgy pants! i also had cool glasses as a gift! you can see the quality is very good. you can trust the site it's legit, the shipping takes a few days and with the app shopify you can follow everything right in time. what i love a lot is their customer service, i recently had an issue with an item and they replied really fast and proposed for free to send me a new item! no need for me to send back anyhting or spend money on shipping they took everything in charge! i appreciate a brand being efficient and comprehensive it's really rare nowadays so let's support this brand!

Customer service actually responded when there was a problem, compensation was given for said problem, sizing was right, fabric quality was good and although there was a slight delay with shipping, the way it they handled it was exceptional, 5/5 experience

Love the clothes that I ordered

Love the clothes that I ordered, I was anxious when I got no notification for tracking yet but their customer support was able to easily give me the tracking info. The pants are good quality and feel great to wear 10/10 I would buy from this company again!

Kiikio is a really good brand

Kiikio is a really good brand, shipping is a little long (bought stuff in Feb and still haven’t gotten everything, it’s may), but that’s my fault, customer service is really helpful, and are open to taking no matter what, will definitely use this brand in the future!

The company does not use a reliable delivery service

The first "delivery attempt" was a complete lie. It said it was a successful delivery with a photo with a background that didn't match anything on my property so I have no idea where they put the parcel to take a photo of it

Contradicting this, a live chat agents said that it was left with a neighbor which couldn't have been true considering they actually sent it the next day themselves and another agent sent so now I look like an idiot going around all my neighbors houses telling them one of them must have it because the courier said so

This wouldn't have gotten resolved without me following it up myself, dread to think of all the orders lost because people didn't know to reach about about the awful delivery service

Complete shitshow all round from their delivery partner, I don't need that kind of stress in my life

Bad Quality

I like the style of their clothing but I bought two jackets and a pair of pants for the winter time which took a long time to ship which I kind of understand since it’s overseas shipping but, I expected the jackets to at the very least hold through the winter. The zippers broke off of both the fleece lined vintage work jacket and the faux fur lined coat. I had a lot of trouble even keeping the zippers on track. The fleece lined vintage work jacket has terrible stitching and has torn multiple times, the pockets and a big tear under the arm which I had to repair myself. The pants were the only thing that has held up so far.
