"Terrible experience. I paid £217.25 for Flamingo Land tickets that were completely unusable and unsafe due to severe overcrowding and 2-hour queues in 32°C heat with young children. I submitted a formal refund request days ago and have been completely ignored by customer service, yet your automated system is asking me for a review. I need a manager to reply to my complaint and process my refund immediately."

It is not always clear be careful…
It is not always clear that discounts have worked. I tried getting a discount on the cinema tickets and since it would not work I kept trying it. In the end I ended up paying 40 pounds from my bank account for a discount code that would actually work and give me a discount. Anyway I asked for a refund on the additional codes I had purchased and were not working on the cinema site and this organisation said it was their policy not to give anyone refunds. Please careful when using this service since you will not get a refund back. Is it really worth it!

Great saving
Used to buy tickets for chester zoo, saved 20% on 4 adults 1 child tickets. Was easy to use and no problems on entry to zoo.
Better than buying from zoo website as you have to use website tickets on the day you book them for, where as if you buy them off Kids pass they are valid for 12 months on any day.
