Stay away from this company check the reviews, I ordered ten protine bars that were 3 weeks late and only received 9, asked for the remaining part of the order and they want to eBay saying it was fully received. Never again, cheating lying company
Don't buy through Amazon. Never received items, they argued it was delivered. Providing a photo of some door, which wasn't mine. I have a ring doorbell and know for a fact no one came to my door. I left negative review and received a phone call harassing me into removing review & they would resend items. I removed review and never got replacement!! Scammers!!!
Bought a box of sweets for my nephew from their Amazon shop.
Turns out I ordered the wrong sweets, so sent a cancellation request 36 minutes after placing the order.
This was ignored by the seller, and the sweets dispatched the next day.
Their T&C's state a buyer has 2 hours to cancel an order after it is placed. Therefore, this is a clear breach of their own T&C's.
Contacted the seller who denied having received a cancellation request, and could not have been more unhelpful. They told me I would have to pay to send the item back.
Please advise Mr McBride I shall be in contact having liaised with Trading Standards.
