I lodged an enquiry because my purchase arrived with smudge, stains on stroller hood. I spoke to someone who assured me I would get a call back that very day.. i attached pics assoon as I opened the stroller and put it together. NOBODY REACHED OUT..very poor customer service practice. I will be calling back, but I shouldn't have to. I like the stroller and was hoping for part of my money back due to the stains . I doubt ill use you again. In hindsight I should have gone to Smyths.

Postage costs more than item
Postage costs more than item. Was quoted 4.99 for shipping, went to pay by Apple Pay all of a sudden it went up to 19.99!! By this point it was too late the payment had gone through.
Contacted kiddies kingdom to cancel order, this was over a week ago and refund still not been processed.

Very good customer service
I mistook an email thinking my parcel had been delivered. The response was quick and the pram delivered on time. It was possible to leave a message to leave in the porch and the pram is just right , being light weight for London travel.

Absolutely disgraceful customer…
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. They left me 7 weeks with a faulty pram and only replied to my first email after 3 weeks telling me they cant hemp until the manufacturer contacts them whoch took a further few weeks. They then refused to issue me a refund after maming me wait 5 weeks and only agreed after I emailed saying id be contacting the bank.
Absolutely shocking and disgraceful to be left so long without a pram with a new baby and given no help at all with barely any replies and passive aggressive responses telling me they dont have to collect the pushchair so now hace essentially dumped a faulty pram as they refused to collect it after ive already cut the straps like they requested. I still have the pushchair even though they sre legally requiredto collect or cover thr cost of disposal. Terrible customer servicers and will never buy again and id warn anyone to stay well clear from them! First contact 10th of June. Its 29th of July and only just got the agreed refund but dtill fighting to have this big bulky pram removed

Customer care saves the day..
The chair arrived in excellent condition and will definitely do the job and normally this would have meant 5 stars and a thank you. However, I paid extra for a 24hr delivery ordered it Friday and it was delivered finally the following Wednesday. Several deliveries were changed by DPD.. I contacted customer care at Kiddies Kingdom and was given £1 refund as it was not delivered on time and in recognition of the fact that I had had to wait in all day Tuesday for a delivery that didn't happen and follow up the missing parcel with DPD myself. I tried to contact customer care yesterday at Kiddies Kingdom to help me but it was shut it closed at 2pm. I will not be rushing back to this company. It's a shame as I have 4 grandchildren and often buy children's products.
