Fast service and delivery. Only wim was that you don’t receive a confirmation email for your order so it gets confusing if the order has actually been accepted. Had to chase this on Twitter and Facebook.

Stressful process
Ordered 10 items and was charged the full amount straight away but only had a confirmation email showing 3 items. Then only received those three items. Took a week for someone to respond to my complaint email. It was all sorted after a while though and we now have our 10 items.
