This review is partly about Kickz but also about Mooncourt (their Nft Project).
I won 1 shoe during the duration of more than 1 year (which was a fearly easy to get one) and because of internal issues from Kickz side I had to wait 9 months just to get my money back. The support I received during that time was abysmal and I was sometimes ghosted for multiple weeks. After I received my money back I said that I don‘t want to have anything to do with mooncourt anymore and I asked if I could get my money back and have my ballers removed. That was not possible and all I got offered is a Kickz Voucher. Biggest waste of time and money ( for me personally) I‘ve had in a long time!

First of all you returned all money to my card and saying that after refunding all money; 2 months later you decided to send 4 items out of 6 and charge me 361 Euro?? LOL

Do not buy from them online or share your card details. They charged me 90+ days after my purchase and I can’t get my money back if they don’t approve it. If you hate money, you can buy from this website and let them scam you.

I placed 2 orders and both were delivered within reasonable time and the products were as expected. Great service there. Then I tried to return two of the products and have tried to create a return for more than a month now. The return page goes shows an error and advices to contact customer service. I have written to customer service from the form on the website and send an e-mail as well. So great delivery service but no possibility to return products ever though you write, that you have 30 days of return???

I just put an order through and as I was entering my details it said it will arrive on the 10th March. As soon as I paid a message instantly popped up saying there would be a delay with delivery. I am going away and I really hope this isn’t the case. Luckily I have credit card insurance on purchases but if this is the case this is a terrible way to do business. Why not warn me before I made the payment?
The trainers arrived 3 days late.

THERE IS STILL NO NEWS FROM KICKS REGARDING my order … please refund my money and cancel my order ..i emailed them again and called and still no Answer.. i filed a claim via paypal …I ordered from KIckz in the past years with no issues at all ..Their customer services was always responsive … its sad to see this from what used to be one of the best stores for basketball gear …i hope they can re-establish trust of online shop customers..

Customer service is hallucinatingly bad and outrageous or rather nonexistent because there is no way to be able to talk to them. Only by writing under their Instagram posts can you be seen, they told me to write to them ! What? They seem to be teasing. I bought from them they deducted my money but I don't know what happened to my package no summary email and no active tracking.

On January 22, 2025, I submitted a review regarding my missing order, and I received a response on January 23, 2025. Unfortunately, the reply only reiterated details I was already aware of, including a track and trace link, which I already had myself. It has now been over three months since the package was reportedly "delivered", yet I have not received it. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have not obtained any further communication or resolution.
Given that the sneakers in question cost over €300, this situation is completely unacceptable. If this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue through my legal team.
I expect an immediate response through to the mail address when placing this order.

Order has been placed on the 31st Jan 25 and has arrived damaged at the local courier on the 11th Feb 25. To date no feedback has been given on the damage of the item both from couriers and from Kickz.com

I ordered more than two months ago two pair of shoes. I wrote several emails different calls and still no shoes. The problem lies now at DHL and as I can read here a couple of times it seems often the case. My first experience was just perfect, but my second one is just terrible.
