Apparently Kickz can’t do anything cause it’s DHL responsibility… I don’t agree… If you have so many unsatisfied customers because of delivery problems, you stop working with DHL and pick another one…

My order is quite urgent but the they mentioned it would be delivered on monday may 26th.
Since monday the package is staying in Germany.
I contacted DHL and kickz.
Kickz doesb't even reply to my mail.
DHL says it can take still a couple of days, automatic answering machine!
I want my order ASAP as promised.
