Nati per caso come descritto sul nostro sito alla pagina CHI SIAMO gestiamo attualmente quasi 100 appartamenti dislocati principalmente a Milano per poi allungarci a Varese, Lago Maggiore, con l’apertura a Febbraio 2024 anche di ROMA. Il nostro servizio si sviluppa nella gestione per conto del proprietario di tutti gli aspetti legati alle prenotazioni – dalla pratica amministrativa per l’ottenimento dei codici regionali per poter operare sul mercato in tutta regolarità, alla pubblicazione degli annunci sui maggiori portali che a tutto l’operativo legato alle pulizie, check-in e manutenzioni. Un’attività a 360 gradi molto complessa che siamo riusciti a standardizzare con le persone e gli strumenti giusti. Lato proprietario mettiamo a disposizione un accesso automatico per verificare l’occupazione dell’appartamento, il valore delle prenotazioni e delle relative statistiche. Great experience. The place was according to the pictures. Very clear instructions to access. The team was always available via WhatsApp and did a great job. I strongly recommend and would book again with them if I need.
It was a very cute, clean and organized apartment overall. The facilities provided to us were very helpful and the convenience store nearby was a big plus for us.
I was very impressed by the no contact check in process and virtual key system. It is very smart indeed.

The appartement is very well located. Next to a metro station. Getting in and out is very easy and omptimum to get the best of visiting Milano. The staff is also very professionnal and available at any time. I just recimmand whithout any hesitation

They did not pay me back my deposit! They just text “we sent back the payment” I will chase the issue till court. Very bad communication and a shame for a hospitality business.

Dear Banu, as already told you many times, the deposit refund is on the bank side. Unfortunately you have bank account in a banned countries (Turky), therefore any payment need to be checked by the bank and signed personally by the board of Kibilu, and this take time. Be patience and you will get back your money soon.
The apartment is located in a very good area, approximately 500m near the Central Station from where you can go anywhere. The apartment is bright, full of light, big enough, clean and there is everything someone can need. The agency staff is absolutely very great, very helpful and answered all our questions. I have been coming to Milan city since 2015 for medical issues and I have chosen to stay in apartments rather than in hotels but I can say this is the BEST APARTMENT I have ever been.
Will be coming back next year and always!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this air bnb. The location is really nice especially being able to walk to Navigli so easily. The apartment is very spacious with tons of storage. Beautiful windows and decor, with lots of books and art which was great. The communication was also very fast and I got any help I needed. The only thing I recommend is that travellers bring ear plugs for the night/early morning because there is construction near by and you can hear the other people in the complex talking outside but that was the only thing I could say slightly negative. I would absolutely love to stay here again :)
