Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. This has been the most disgusting experience ever. I asked for a refund 11 months ago, they gave me a credit note instead when I emphasised I did not want or need the credit note I just wanted a refund. Coming up to my credit not expiration I purchased items under duress and of course yet again the quality and sizing were off, the lining of the trousers were so itchy!! I have emailed for a refund and they have responded by saying they won’t give a refund or issue another credit note this is insane. None of the items were custom made. This is literally their words - We absolutely honour the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and for any non-custom items, customers are entitled to return within 14 days of receiving their order. This is part of our policy and is communicated on our website and at checkout. - So then issue it? Instead of holding me hostage. Nicole is so rude it’s ridiculous, you have said case closed when you have literally taken my money?

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. Upon delivery, I was so excited due to the quality and look of the dress. It was too small thus I requested to return and exchange. Khanum's staff was very helpful and helped me navigate the best way and cheapest way to send the dress from Florida back to London. I just received my dress and couldn't be happier. Khanum's Costumer Service is exceptional as is the dress!

I checked the measurements carefully before ordering a dress for a wedding — it wasn’t cheap, even in the sale at £170 but I loved the look of it. When it arrived, the sizing was completely wrong; it was far too big and looked nothing like I’d hoped. Only then did I discover they don’t offer refunds or returns, even when their sizing is inaccurate. The result: an unwearable dress and £170 down the drain. Overpriced, misleading, and no customer support. Buy elsewhere if you value your money.

Very poor customer service. When trying on the dress I discovered an ink stain on the inner slip. It was not noticeable when wearing the dress as it was on the inside so I had no idea it was there. When I reached out to the team, they suggested that I was being dishonest and the stain was on the outside of the dress therefore something I would have done. I followed up with a video, to which they said there was nothing they could do as the tags had been removed. Given the price of the dress the customer service is very poor and unhelpful, even when the error is on their end. Will not be supporting this company moving forward.

Amazing and very responsive customer service. Emer specifically was great. They reached out to confirm when I would need my order by, and constantly corresponded with me and DHL to sort out my delivery.

I had a great experience with Khanums! They are extremely responsive to messages, attentive, and extremely caring. They truly strive to satisfy their customers by finding solutions and being accommodating. I received my package in 2 days. The dress is beautiful and of incredible quality!

The most stunning dress! The fit and quality of the material is unreal, can't wait to wear the co-ord for an upcoming wedding in Ibiza! Wanted something that was a little different and the outfit is perfect.

I genuinely can’t recommend this shop enough! I was in contact with them several times via Instagram, and every single time, I got an immediate response. The customer service was incredibly polite, attentive, and truly went out of their way to help me as quickly as possible.

They answered all my questions with so much patience and care, and they made sure my dress was shipped out as soon as possible.

What I love most about this shop is how unique their pieces are — nothing mainstream or generic. These are styles you won’t find just anywhere.

And finally, I really appreciate that they also offer beautiful outfits that aren’t overly revealing. It’s so rare to find fashion that’s stylish, modest, and different all at once.

The dress is very beautiful, it conforms to the photos. I'm 1m60 and it's a bit too long but it's easy to shorten it. If you don't want it to be too tight across the chest, take a size up, but if you want it to fit perfectly, take your usual size. Don't hesitate to send them a message if you have any questions, they reply quickly and are very attentive. The order arrived very very quickly.

I ordered the Kiran dress in blue for an occasion. I had placed the order on the 31/07/25 and sent an email to the Khanum’s team to let them know I needed it for the following Saturday and asked if I would be able to get it by then. They replied back to me and were lovely. I received it in time and I honestly love it so much. The dress was packaged nicely in a dust bag and box with a card from Khanum’s. The quality is insane and the design is beautiful. It looks even better than I hoped it to be. I can’t wait to wear it. I would definitely recommend Khanum's to anyone looking for unique and beautiful statement pieces for any occasion. I shall also be back to purchase. Thank you again.

I placed my order and received my dress in just 3 days, such fast shipping! The dress is absolutely beautiful in person and the quality is amazing. I reached out to let them know when I needed it by, and they shipped it out even earlier than expected. Their customer service is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Shameful!!!! Not delivered on time, lousy customer service, no confidence. I asked to cancel the order several times. Date announced false and delayed. I had to ask 10 times for the tracking service when I was told that the dress was going to be sent, supposedly by express. Exorbitant customs charges.
Don't waste your time with this brand, I will only be bad publicity for this brand, too bad the dresses seemed beautiful.

Needed the perfect birthday dress for my 30th when my friend introduced me to Khanum's and I honestly couldn't have been happier with my experience. The fit, the quality, the detailing, EVERYTHING!! Cannot wait to shop with Khanum's again.

I needed a dress for my Nikkah and instantly fell in love with one of their designs. Since I was on a tight timeline, I let them know and to my surprise, the dress arrived just a few days later! I was honestly amazed, especially because I live in Germany and didn’t expect such fast shipping. Their customer service was by far the best I’ve ever experienced truly helpful and incredibly kind!

I’m blown away by the customer service and quality from Khanum, first of all I can’t believe I placed my order just last week from Canada, and not only did they fulfill my expedited shipping request perfectly and when I needed to exchange my dress for a size up, they did it within 24 hours & the quality of the dress I received is to die for, it exceeded all my expectations, the craftsmanship, the fit, the fabric everything is just stunning, I honestly can't believe how quickly everything was handled, I’m so unbelievably impressed
