Where do I start, absolutely outstanding service I recieved today. Saturday 28th February 2026.. I called yesterday and was told to come in today....I explained that I thought I needed a new exhaust, handbrake tightened and possibly a new bulb SOMEWHERE. I was treated with respect and everything was explained and pointed out to me exactly what was needed to be done. I was given a lovely coffee while I waited....a very fair price was given and I was asked if I could come back a little bit later as there was a problem with the removal of the bolts holding the front part of the exhaust.....I was shown exactly what was the problem....I left and then returned with everything completed....it transpires that there was extra things that needed to be done but because they had already given me a price they did the extra work without further payment.....as well as this they then power washed my car as part of the service.....Gentlemen at Khan's Auto thank you for a service I wish others would follow...pleasant, fair and professional......Will only use you in the future.

Took my Range Rover evouqe in for an mot and service the staff advised me with all the service requirements on what needs replaced at the Mileage of my car and broke down all the prices and explained everything which was helpfull and sent over across images and videos of the repairs that needed done before the mot been to multiple other garages am happy to say I will be back and stick here for the customer service provided from the team.

I took my golf r in for a thermostat issue and coolant issue got it all replaced through warranty and they looked after me very well job was done within 48 hours garage took full responsibility for the warranty admin I took it to a few other garages and they couldn’t find the issue I will definitely be back for my audi service and mot they also updated the repair history on Volkswagens online service history

Had my car in at Khan Autos and the service was spot on. They got it booked in quick, kept me updated, and had everything sorted the same day. Prices were fair and the lads were sound. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable garage.

Avoid Khan Autos at all costs.
I left my van with them in Glasgow for repairs and the experience has been a complete nightmare. The vehicle was kept outside the whole time, never inside the workshop, and despite endless promises, the work was never completed.

They failed to take responsibility for items that were stolen from the van (including my dash cam) while it was in their possession. On top of that, they tried to charge me twice for the same diagnostic I had already paid for.

I called on Monday, 22nd September, to confirm collection of my van and was told it would be ready by Thursday afternoon. When I arrived, the receptionist admitted she had been waiting for my “authorisation to start the work” — three months after I had left the vehicle there! Clearly, I was lied to repeatedly.

This garage is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. I lost valuable time and money because of their incompetence. If you value your vehicle, your belongings, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Khan Autos.

Khan Autos messed up on my MOT cert by recording incorrect mileage on it, then gave countless excuses how they cannot help to rectify it with DVSA. They simply dont care! Bin everything , no records etc. Did not read or reply to my emails until chased up several times. Cheeky, abrupt and rude staff on the phone so AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I took my van in explaining that the handbrake light was staying on when my handbrake was down, I left my van with them and called for an update the next morning I got told they didn’t know as of yet and I’d get a call later that afternoon. No call. I called again and someone said it had something to do with my break pads?? And they needed more time to look into it, they were closed on the Sunday so I called again on Monday morning with someone then explaining it was a faulty switch and further investigation was going to happen that day and I was would get a call with an update, that did not happen. I had driven past my van that morning which was parked on Allison street I passed it again at 4 o’clock that afternoon and it was still there. I called again explaining I couldn’t take anymore time off work and needed to collect it they said it was getting looked at now and I could collect it in an hour, I passed again an hour later. Van was still parked in the same spot. When I collected it I was advised the part was have to be ordered in and wouldn’t come in till February / march (it was the end of December) I asked if it was safe to drive and they said yes, I confronted them that the van had been in the same parking spot and was not confident it had actually been looked at and refused to pay for the service, they didn’t question this and i did not pay. It is now May I have never received a call regarding the part but countless emails and texts from them advising to bring in my van for its MOT I have just got my van back after less than a day from another garage who passed my vans MOT and advised the problem with the handbrake was just a loose wire at the back and was easily fixed…

What a waste of time, do not recommend this company and will not go back.

Khan Autos had always been my favourite garage. Their customer service is outstanding. I went for MOT of my car at the last minute. Yusaf was very helpful when I requested him to book my car in for MOT. He understood my situation very well and helped me out without wasting a minute. So regret not watching the review before giving them my car.
My car got signal light flashing and take for repair, they told me that there's engine oil and water leakage, and GBP460 to repair, and then my nightmare just started, the first time I got it back, the light flash again in just one day and find that the under cover tray is missing.
And the second time I got my car back, the light flashing again.
The third time I got my car back, the undertray is not tighten and rubbing the floor and coz the dangerous scene.
The final time I got my car back, I just drove for not more than an hour when I back home, the car not only flash the engine light again, but also white smoke coming out from the head, thus I open the lid, the car is extreme hot with the white smoke going out.
I spend GBP75 to tow the car back and they need GBP140 for deep inspection, and a few days later the bold head owner told me that it need GBP850 for repairing that with parts.
I'm so pissed that I spent some much time and money but turn out my car was even worse, I refused to repair this time and calling a tow car. The guy asked me if they are offering GBP400 to get my car.
I refused the offer and didn't want to deal with this garage anymore, when I saw my car, I found that the car was already covered by plastic wrap, which means they already expected to get my car by GBP400!!!
This is totally a scam and they had the plan to use the dirty tricks to get my car!!

I have been going to the garage for years and all the staff have given amazing service ,respect and professional . I would highly recommend !!
