I experinced absolutely horrible…

I experinced absolutely horrible treatment. After losing our jobs my SO and I worked at the same company which went bankrupt we immediately submitted all documentation and were told it will take 5-6weeks to process. After 5 weeks during which nobody communicated with us when asking follow up questions we were told that we were not a priority and our application were not even submited yet. We were left with no other option than to take the loan they were offering. I cannot believe that this is how they treat paying customers.
