terrible service
Hands down the worst bank I ever had an account with. To get a credit card, I had to send my salary slips 5 times. When I needed a mortgage, and after doing the simulations, I needed to ask some questions. I made several appointments for calls, except that the bank never called me. It was thus ultimately impossible to get a mortgage offer from them and I had to go elsewhere.

closing an account is a nightmare…
I wanted to close my account at keytradebank.be, so I had to download a document, and send it to them. After 3 weeks I asked them why it took so long to close my account, and then they said they never received a letter. So I had to send it again, this time an email would be alright, and they promised to close my account immediately. We are now 3 weeks later, nothing happened.
Will be continued. We are now 6 weeks later.

They don't even deserve one star.. most amateuristic service I have ever encountered, we're three months since I tried to open an account and they do not even care to respond to emails or phone calls, too little too late

Expensive high fees
Untrustworthy & very high fees!! :( Keytrade bought my pension account from Rabobank without my permission. I can't believe that this is legal (and it probably isnt) I tried to close this account and move my assets to my trusted Belgian bank Argenta. Keytrade delays the process and asked an extravagant fee... I recommend Argenta

If you don't want your money stolen by…
If you don't want your money stolen by this bank, please walk away as far as possible. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Worst client relationship management ever! I submitted a request to close my bank account with them one and a half month ago but never received a formal response since then. Recently, I discovered by chance that I could not access my online bank account anymore and yet, still did not receive any money in the bank account where I asked to transfer the money to. Honestly, I was happy with the bank several years ago, before keytrade was bought by the French bank. Now, I would suggest everyone who is considering this bank please walk away from this bank. The little award they offer for attracting your money is peanut comparing to the money they rip off you!

Happy customer since many years.
If you are an old style person, you love going to the bank for this and that, you love talking to people and (specially) you love paying high costs this bank is not for you.
If you're flexible, if you want to avoid going to the bank (they have no offices), if you want to do everything by email and (specially) you want to have very competitive costs ( they don't charge you, actually they pay you for each transaction :) ) this is a bank for you.
