I worked with Rachel and Andreas at the end-- Rachel did an amazing job- and Andreas delivered it awesomly- there was a little glitch with the flights and missed connection - whch I was and still am not happy that there is no 24 contact- but i was an airline employee so took matters into my own hands and fixed theissue and then the european agent emailed me to solidify changes

KeyTours- specifically Vicki Sachs - went out of her way to accommodate my travel needs. She was responsive and planned a nice trip for us.

Tuba at Keytours did an awesome job with hotel selection and then on 28Aug23 the UK air traffic system went down and she scrambled at the last minute to help us determine what we could do for the clients.

We travelled to London and stayed 2 nights in London then did a private transfer to the South Hampton Port. Went on a cruise to Scotland and Ireland and Key Tours did private drivers for us for two of the ports we stopped at. The drivers took us to everywhere we wanted to go, it was exceptional service. The hotel in London was wonderful and the transfer company was on time and it was great service.
All in all Tuba Karatari at Key Tours did a wonderful job. We won't hesitate to recommend Key Tours to anyone.

Working with Brooke was very positive. She was quick to answer questions and return emails. All went well with our transportation for trip to Venice and Portugal. There was just a mix up and delay in Venice that was resolved within an hour. Hotels chosen were very good.

It was seamless. Everything went well except for a couple minor things. Our pick up at the port after our cruise was about 30 minutes late but it was very busy. He was there and visible when he arrived. Our excursion on June 28th of the night in Athens with the Acropolis, on our voucher there were two times 8pm and 630pm. i verified the time with Brooke at Key Tours before i left and she said 8pm was correct. In destination on the afternoon of the 28th i reverified it and he also said 8pm. Well i guess our tour guide was waiting for us at 715. i did get a call to my phone but thought it was spam. I wished he would have texted me or whats apped me. So we lost about 45 minutes of our tour and arrived late to our dinner/show which was awesome. So i guess that needs to be corrected, time of tours in sinc. Other then that it was great as always.

We used Key Tours on our recent vacation to Italy. I worked directly with Esin Soydemir. She was extremely responsive to all our needs. The itinerary she planned, from the transportation (including private car arrangements) to the hotel to the excursions were well thought out. Great hotels and awesome locations. Convenience of planning our trip saved us a lot of hassle. We had an issue with one of our excursions and working with Esin, she even managed to get us a refund. Will definitely be contacting her for future travel!
