Horrible delays. Still haven't received my product through the mail in two months, despite many promises. They can't even get it shipped, let alone transported. And this is within Europe.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Keyboard stickers are good quality and fitted wo issues on my international keyboard for my Macbook Air M1 2020. So let's see how long they will last

I have bought this product for all the computers I have. The first ones I bought in 2016 are good as new, just like the first day!
You won’t regret this purchase!

I ordered a sticker set with a logo on the space bar. The product I received didn’t have the logo on it, but due to tight travel plans, I wasn’t able to return the stickers and wait for a replacement, so I put them on my keyboard. Regardless of that I still contacted support to let them know about the incorrect product and asked if they can offer me something to make up for it. Leniently I got to choose between getting a replacement (no option for me) or 15% refund of the purchase price. I chose the 2nd option, but haven’t heard back from them since June 2025. No partial refund, no response. Don't get me wrong here, I am not entitled to the refund, but when they offer it, they gotta provide it though!
I must give credit where it is due, I think it’s a one man company, so I have been patient and did not expect same-day or even same-week responses, but not replying to emails and reminders (even just to let me know, that they won’t refund me or whatever) is not the way to go. Especially when the product itself (apart from the design error) is solid though..

Follow-Up (march 29th 2026):
I have received the aforementioned 15% refund of the purchase prize.
I don’t believe they intentionally create these delays - I think they are understaffed and just can’t keep up with the amount of orders and customer service cases, while still trying to get back to everyone eventually.

Never got the product. And when I emailed repeatedly for support, I never got an answer

I've received the letter stickers today and already put them on. I'm really happy with them - great quality and super easy to use! 😊

But where are the letters? If you, like me, have purchased letters from Keyshorts but are wondering why they haven't arrived, here's the answer: the order is processed after 15 days. Then it takes another 15-20 days for the package to arrive at your home. I placed the order on August 31st, and the system says I'll receive it around October 8th. That's the same time it took a medieval knight to ride 1,000 km!

I paid 38€ 3 month ago and I still didn't receive anything.
No answer from the company.
Don't use this website.

I thought paying extra for what is essentially just a bunch of stickers would mean premium quality materials. Not at all in this case. The gradient of black is slightly washed off. However, the white symbols are sligtly grey-ish. With these two factors combined the stick looks overall washed off compared to the actual keyboard's color. This is a major visual issue if you only intend to replace only some keys.

I'd say visually this is only slightly better than some generic stickers. I'm hoping it would at least win in terms of durability.

Most of the stickers peels off easily. But one does not what to come off. I ended up with ugly edge in this case. If I'd know it wouldn't come off I would have used scissors. But exactly becasue others are working fine that cased this problem to happen.

Now I have one very ugly key and a bunch of meh looking ones.

Had a minor issue in my order and Sebastian went above and beyond in resolving it satisfactorily! The product works well and is invisible a few days after application.

Works well but very expensive for what it is. Also took too long to narrive and nis very fiddly to accurately.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I first learned about Keyshorts. Sent them a request for an Apple keyboard and special color. The response was great and I worked with Sebastian He sent me a mock-up that was exactly what I asked for. Ordered the set and waited for the delivery. Had a little trouble with a lost package but when it finally arrived the results were exactly as expected. My wife can now see the keys and is using it.
Communication has been terrific between Sebastian and me. Love the product.

Absolutely great product!
I was sick and tired of waiting for my Laptop manufacturer (Framework) to release a de_CH keyboard, so I looked for the sticker set at keyshorts. I was easily able to find the exact keyboard for my laptop model and customize it exactly how I wanted it.
After a few weeks, the stickers arrived, safely packaged, with all the necessary tools and explanations included.

I installed the stickers three weeks ago. They are rock solid and show no signs of fading. The whole process from ordering, to keeping me informed of delivery and so on has been thoroughly professional. When I began the installation I was quite concerned because the stickers didn't feel very sticky to the touch. But once they are pressed into the keys they seem to be immovable. A very good product.

I have never had a customer experience as amazing as I had with Keyshorts. During the past several years, they have gone above and beyond to fulfil my orders and ensure I was a happy customer.

I have bought keyboard stickers from other suppliers, but they always deliver subpar or poorly produced products. Keyshorts ensure that each key perfectly aligns with the keyboard I use down to the millimetre.

I have ordered keyboard labels from them over two months ago and still have not received anything. While I understand that the Canada Post strike caused delays, it has been more than a month since their operations resumed and backlogs were cleared. I've sent two follow-up emails to the customer service in December, which no one has answered.

I feel like I've been robbed of my money.

Sebastian was supportive from the beginning to the end of the process, I had a full explanation and was able to purchase exactly what I need for my keyboard. The stickers are in situ now and they are superb. A great asset for someone with visual impairment Thank you

After a small delay (purchase around Christmas) I received my order and applied the keyshorts.

I'm not going to lie, the application process is long and not for impatient ones. I would advise starting with FN key instead of ESC, at least on a a mac.

Most of the bubbles seem to be gone and the keyboard looks great, but application quality is mostly down to the user.

Edges seem to be sharp, but owner replied after a day(quicker than anticipated), saying that this should buff out over time - I really hope so, because transparent keyshorts are basically invisible on the keyboard, and don't change the feel of the keys.

Keyshorts are also very thin, and do not touch the screen at all. Keys also get way less greasy with the keyshorts on - my main pet peeve of modern mac keys.
