Poor in providing a pro-active progress updates. So in the dark until I chased Key and the estate Agent to understand where I sat after a 12 week period.

Claimed delays on them not getting responses from Buyers solicitors but did not reach out to Estate Agents for support.

Over reliance on Task Portal which is not sophisticated enough to outline any missing data. So appeared all tasks had been completed but this was not actually the case. Creating completion delays.

Based on my experience lead time expectation would be 12 weeks to complete. This is despite having a first time Buyer and no onward sale of property.

I would not be able to recommend Key Wellingborough based on my experience, but understand this is not representative of most of the UK wide reviews on this site.

Sam was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Very smooth system of working, would highly recommend for anyone in need of a good property solicitor

Sam Kelly and her team were approachable and most easy to deal with from the outset of our sale and purchase transactions.

As is often the case, there were unforeseen legal complications and Sam guided us through these in a friendly and efficient manner.
On completion, the funds were in our account immediately.

Great experience selling a house. Olivia kept me up to date at all stages of the sale, organised an indemnity required by the buyers solicitors and pushed the sale through in the desired timeline. Great experience all around.

We had a really good experience with Key conveyancing. Communication was excellent especially from Olivia who answered all my questions frequently. Due to being first time buyers the assurance we had was really helpful and made the process very smooth throughout.
