I used a self service kiosk at Menards in Cuyahoga Falls OH for a Subaru car ignition key. I was sent a key that only unlocks the doors. the key won't start the car. It has no fob on the key handle, I previously used the same kiosk for a Ford escape ignition key and it was sent correctly with the key fob attached to the key handle
