I ordered the bright navy cotton rib shirt in the sale , obviously i love it as i already have the yellow and jade green ( not sure of actual shades ),
They fit so well to wear as a shirt or a light weight jacket.
Delivery was quite quick and well packed,
Kettlewell are an amazing company, What other retailer has such a wide choice of colours and styles ,also has the fantastic colour club and hosts a live talk every week ,connecting with its customers at home and abroad. well done Kettlewell.

Quick ordering but couldn’t actually…
Quick ordering but couldn’t actually get the size I wanted for one of them though it fits ok. I often find sizes I want are out of stock quickly especially when there is a sale and free delivery!

Avoid Kettlewell
I ordered a pair of trousers, as they were too long l had them shortened. I was initially pleased with the trousers but after 2-3 wears and one wash the waistband came away. I contacted Kettlewell and Emma advised me to return the trousers for inspection. Emma also apologised because I had gone out of my way to get them shortened at extra expense. The trousers were duly returned and after chasing up l received a reply saying I would not get a refund as they had been altered. I made another response saying yes, shortened at the hem but not the waistband. They have come back to me again saying their policy is not to refund altered garments. I didn’t find that in the small print. Anyway, l have unsubscribed from them and will never buy from them again. Good luck to anyone with faulty goods, I know times are hard but £60 for sub standard clothing is disgraceful.
Thank you for your response, l have received the returned trousers and find that following your inspection they are in a worsened condition than when I sent them. I appreciate your reply but as previously stated will never shop with you again.

We appreciate that you were initially pleased with the trousers and that you incurred additional expense having them professionally shortened. We also understand your point that the fault developed in the waistband area, rather than in the section that had been altered.
Our alterations policy is in place because once a garment has been modified, we are unable to assess whether any changes may have affected its original construction. For this reason, altered items are unfortunately excluded from our standard returns and refunds process, regardless of where a fault may subsequently appear.
We are sorry that the decision and the reasons behind it have left you feeling let down, and we apologise for any upset caused during the process.

Love the concept, I had color analysis done and only want to shop in my color season. This site makes it so simple for me. I appreciate the high quality products, natural fabrics and basic styles. I found both everyday essintials and work tops I just love to wear daily.
