Thought it was time I gave a review for great service for Window and Door replacements work I had undertaken over the years 2016 through 2020, now that I have been using the windows for a few years.
After a bad experience with double glazing companies 20 odd years ago, I was very wary of getting someone in to replace the shoddy work from back then. However it was refreshing to find Kestrel Home Improvements with their no nonsense quotes and no pushy aftersales.
We had them out on four occasions over a four year period as we slowly replaced all of our doors and Windows and every time was the same, We got a great price upfront and was left alone to make a decision in our own time. Each time we got the same great service (and usually the same people), the fitters were quick pleasant and tidy and 3-7 years later the windows and doors are as good as they were when first installed.
