Impex celine
Contacted Kes lighting with a query on the impex celine chrome light fitting , this was dealt with swiftly and promptly thus purchased made and goods received within 2-3 working days .The fitting was easy to assemble and looks amazing .
Excellent service all round and I will be purchasing from Kes again .

However, unfortunately there are times where things don't go to plan - so we can only apologise for any issues you've experienced.
Regarding the reviews. Trustpilot review requests get sent to every single customer that purchases from us - we would respectfully argue that Trustpilot is a much more accurate reflection of our service than any other platform.

Ordered the light yesterday.. rang to see if they could get it delivered today, and was informed that I'd missed the cut off for delivery the following day, but they would do their best. Arrived first thing this morning. Great customer service.
