I'm so happy I found this product. Since my hair is beginning to thin on top, the keraFiber works well for me. It covers my thinning area, and the color matches my hair color so well. I'll continue to buy this product. I'm really happy, and not embarrassed anymore with the thinning.

I have struggled with very thin hair for years. I had lapband surgery 6 years ago and lost most of my hair. I wore wigs for 2 years and my hair is finally in............although much thinner then before. The fibers are a life saver!! People often remark about how thick my hair is now!! Only my hairdresser knows for sure!! On the other hand I purchased a "tool" to help at my hair line so it looks more natural. What a rip off!! A piece of laminated cardboard. Seriously??? If I didnt love the fibers so much I would be furious!!

Your price is little higher than that of your competitors. Otherwise , product is good, thick, good packaging.

Have to say this is a wonderful product! I am slightly receding on the hairline and this product does wonders. I put it on when I've done my hair I sprinkle some on to hide my bare scalp. It also helps when a few grey hairs start coming through it hides that too until I get round to touching up my routes!!! Wouldnt be without this product it gives me confidence too.

Have ordered from KeraFiber.com a couple of times now and give them a large thumbs up. They have a great range of products, good prices and a prompt delivery - what's not to like?

Ordered 2 products, delivery was within the week which was fine until I discovered 1 of my products wasn't in the box.

I called customer service and was assured it would be despatched within 2-3 working days. Over 2 weeks passed, still no product. Called once again and was told they'd look into it and call me back.

3 days later still no call back, so had to contact them for a third time, this time by email threatening to cancel my order and request a refund, and finally received my delivery a couple of days later; in total delivery took over a month after placing my initial order.

Product is fine, service from this company is terrible and very disappointing.

Received this very quickly and very well packaged. Have not used yet but certainly pleased with delivery.

Product arrived quickly so no complaints. I am not personally getting on that well with the product and find my hair harder to style than with other products I have used previously. Not sure I will order it again.

Unfortunately I have not had the results I expected. Having studied the advertising information I am disappointed by the product. However I will persevere until all the product has been used in the hope some improvement will ensue.
As far as the service goes I was delighted by the prompt delivery.

I would recommend this company to anyone, the service is excellent and the product is absolutely first class.

Love the product was disappointed with customer service latter leaving several voicemails and not getting 1 return phone call.

I have ordered goods two weeks ago and still haven't arrived. Even after ringing they haven't given me any explanation to whats happened to my order. In the past they have arrived on time. But because i needed them within a week and not still arrived i am very disappointed.
