Returned as an electrical problem. Sparks and bright lights emitting from base of unit. Only chopped a quartered onion then abandoned use. I have lost confidence in the appliance.

Kenwood has always been a top brand regarding food prep machines. I placed an order direct to Kenwood for a coffee grinder attachment which was delivered in good time and at reasonable cost. I know from past experience that the build quality is such that it will give many years of service. Buy good, buy once.

Great experience
Great experience, managed to purchase a kettle and toaster (Ripple design absolutely perfect if you have elderly parents looking for lighter weight equipment)for Mum and Dad, both items were reduced in the sale. Tracked delivery via Parcel Force, will definitely purchase via Kenwood again, wonderful quality, very happy parents!

Really sturdy mixer
Really sturdy mixer. Previously owned a Kitchenaid which moved about a lot whilst mixing. The Kenwood mixes large quantities of ingredients with no problem at all. Brilliant service from Kenwood. Dispatched the next day.

LOVE IT BUT
Love my new stand mixer and food processor. However the cover on the stand mixer that covers the attachment hole on the front keeps falling off into the cake mix. I have also emailed Kenwood requesting help in purchasing another mixing bowl. 5 days later still no reply so perhaps aftersales is a bit poor.

Long wait for refund
After reading reviews on mixer I changed my mind after ordering it, rang Kenwood and was told to refuse the parcel, because of Parcel Force and Kenwood I have been waiting over a week and told it will be another 2 weeks to get a refund despite they have received it back unopened. Parcel Force are an absolute joke of a company and I would not deal with a company that use them for deliveries. Sorry Kenwood, most of your products are really good.
