Do not use this company, they sent me a faulty that was actually dangerous and then expected me to wait over a month to get my money back. Customer service is shocking, refused to put me through a manager after asking at least 20 times and then cut me off without resolve.

Poor packaging.
I bought a hand held mixer for a good price, thank you for that.
But it was spoilt by the packaging. It arrived in a plastic post bag and had obviously been thrown about by parcel force. The box was well bashed up, the mixer itself is ok but I wanted to give it as a gift and it really doesn't look great. Packaging needs to be improved please.

Item did not fit sent back in original…
Item did not fit sent back in original package on the 2nd Feb for refund. Item tracked with Post Office arriving with yourselves on the 9th Feb. I have phoned three times to check on the refund without success. I was told it takes 10 to 14 working days to get refund which is now passed without refund

Incorrect info on website
I ordered an attachment based on information on the website which was incorrect. It was incompatible with my K Mix despite the website saying it was and I had to return it. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Faulty dishwasher nearly caught fire!
Absolutely disgusting experience! I have had a Kenwood dishwasher for a few years now. It’s completely faulty. My electric kept tripping, no idea why. Electrician couldn’t figure it out. I woke up in the night to an odd burning smell, followed it to my dishwasher it was making a buzzing, clicking sound from the back. I pulled the dishwasher out and the power cord was melted into the back of the dishwasher. The smell filled the house. If it was left plugged in any longer the entire house would of set fire. I tried to call the customer care line and was told to call another number only to be give delongi coffee machine number! I explained the severity of the issue and they told me where to go! Absolutely disgusting. It’s a fire hazard! So dangerous!

The two bronze dies are very good
I ordered two bronze dies. They are expensive but I took advantage of a special offer, and buying two together saved me postage costs.
They arrived quickly and they work well.
