We had a tow bar fitted to our Toyota Highlander. After an email exchange I decided it was worth travelling past our local tow bar fitter. A date was given and a small deposit paid. They said it would be ready at 1pm so we had a walk around Tonbridge, but as it was 36 degrees ended up in air conditioned coffee houses! We went back at 1pm and the car was ready. We were showed how to fit the removable tow bar and the 3 year guarantee explain. Always polite and helpful I can only recomend this company highly.

Kent towbars fitted a detachable towbar to my 2024 Skoda superb estate. I was very pleased with the price, speed of fitting and overall professionalism of the team. What really stands out is their subsequent exemplary customer service. It turned out that Skoda had not released the codes for this model, so the towbar was not recognised by the car's computer, causing problems when towing a caravan. Kent towbars thoroughly investigated the issue with their suppliers and concluded that it could not be remedied and so without hesitation offered to remove the towbar with a full refund. I thoroughly recommend this company, totally trustworthy and customer focused.
