£60 for a hours labour at the end of the day when the car was in at 9 o clock.
Didn't look at it till gone 4pm
So no where near enough time to sort the issue.
Completely overbooked, and understaffed.

Seems the sort of place you need to leave your vehicle for a week and they will get round to it eventually.

Sadly most people don't have that luxury

Please don't take bookings you can't fulfill
And if you say you'll ring up tomorrow actually do it!!

we are trade customers for kens garage, we are car sales group based in haslingden with avearge 150 cars in stock ,
we are quite certain kens garage has got some best skilled and trained mechanics who are really good in diagnosing the fault based on their skills, and previous experience
Steve wolfenden , craig dunston are great asset to this garage,
they have helped us many time and every time to achieve our delivery targets for customer by ensuring work is complete on right time for us by always going extra miles

Booked vehicle in at this garage for same job on two occasions and job was not completed - left having to ring the garage at 5pm both times only to be told works not finished - so had no vehicle for work and also had to collect without the job even being finished without any apology what so ever 😓
