I think the formula has changed. I wrote the company and they responded that I. Eased to document the place bought, the date bought, the item number and anything they can think of not to replace the item. I have5 cans of this product . Who can document that. They do this just to shirk their responsibility. Do not use.

I use and love the hot spray. The bottle it comes in is slippery and I wrap tape around it to get a better grip. But I noticed the last bottle is very hard to push the pump button down. I even ran it under hot water in case it had dried, didn't help. I'm at the point now to empty it into a regular spray bottle so I can use it. the manufacturer needs to improve the bottle. If I can find another product that work I won't buy this product again.

Kenra Professional completely surprised me – their products gave my hair amazing volume, like actual lift that lasts, and the smell is so good, fresh but not overpowering, I keep getting compliments on it. I’ve tried so many volumizing products before and most of them either felt sticky or heavy, but this one just makes my hair feel soft and bouncy.

You can really tell they put a lot of thought into their formulas, it doesn’t feel like just another hair brand trying to sell stuff, it feels like they actually care about hair health AND how it looks. Definitely staying with them for a long time.
