A shipping fee was added in the final step of my order. Because of this, I wanted to cancel my order. Even though I wanted to cancel immediately, my order wasn't cancelled. Because I requested a cancellation, I completed the registration process with a local business. And on top of that, this order arrived, and I paid for it for nothing.

We would like to clarify the matter: The fee you mentioned is not a shipping fee, but the optional express processing service. This service ensures prioritized production and faster handover to DHL on the same working day, provided the order is placed by 2:00 p.m.
This additional option can be deselected at any time before completing the order.
Due to our automated processes, changes or cancellations can only be made within 15 minutes after the order has been placed via the corresponding link in the order confirmation.

At the end it didn’t went as we expected and they made sure that at least I end up satisfied.
