I filled a form in online and then changed my mind, this company have rung me twice a day for almost a year now. Icing on the cake this week came when they sent a letter addressed to my DECEASED mother. Sick! Avoid!!!!

Talcum claim is a scam don't trust KP law- They just take your details and use it for their benefit. We have been led on since 2025 March that we have had a case,been given the thumbs up we were made aware it was all positive- (we had death in the family and was actually proven was due to asbestos in the talcum powder.) Got an email a week ago we got dropped without any explanation and told to reapply and restart if we want like nothing happened. None can be reached on phone or email and none has the face to speak to us, being ghosted big time.
Makes no sense to drop people whom clearly have a case but it's obvious they don't know what they are doing or there has never been a case or, someone trying to brush this under the rug so less pay outs the better. They don't realise how difficult and painful it is to many people who went through the process hoping for answers and outcome only to be ignored and treated this bad.Zero professionalism and time wasters, hope your guilty conscious let's you sleep at night.
If considering them,Don't apply because you just going to be a number in their show off files amongst the other so called "3000+" claimants they are apparently helping.
Lengthy claim time.
I applied for a diesel claim on my mercedes in 2021, it's still not resolved. Kinda getting fed up and looking at taking my claim elsewhere.

So far so good they’ve kept me up to date relating to my claim.
And sent me e mails rest requesting info from myself to which I have replied promptly I’m hoping for thrm to do justice on my case /claim as this has been a long time coming and I’m so glad that somebody KP law have got the guts to bring this company to justice for my ill health I have suffered from 1991 aged just 20 I’m now 54 and if I had known I’d of never used this damn stuff that had ruined my life and more thank you KP law and let’s get justice for many other out there

Put in a diesel claim for my mercedes emissions back in 2022, we are now in 2026 and I havent had any updates from KP in 2 years! Not kidding.
Last email was dated january 2024.

Have the claims been settled and I jist havent been told? Very strange and not professional to go 2 years without an email.

Misleading at best communication
I recieved a telephone call from a person who did not speak clearly but lead me to believe he represented an organisation I had already signed up to some time ago and that the process was complete. He assured me the cheque would be with me by now. Having read the documents emailed to me I do not now believe this to be the case

Review after review highlights the same issues stretching back years, yet there appears to be no learning, improvement, or accountability.
I am a veteran, time-served in HM Armed Forces, and I suffer from undiagnosed tinnitus. From the outset, my experience with this firm has been deeply frustrating. I was sent dozens of emails repeatedly requesting the same information, which I had already provided in full in response to the very first request. Despite this, there was no acknowledgement, and the same request continued to be sent over and over again.
Phone contact has been equally poor. Calls are made at inconvenient times, so I arranged callbacks with specific dates and times. These were acknowledged, then completely ignored. Instead, I receive calls whenever it suits them, with no regard for what was agreed.
This is an absolute mockery of a professional service.
To be clear, this is not a criticism of the customer-facing staff. This is a systemic failure driven by poor processes and weak management or directorship. There is a clear lack of customer values, ownership, and any form of continuous improvement.
Given the pattern of responses seen publicly, I fully expect a generic, copy-and-paste reply to this review, followed by—once again—no meaningful change.

KP Law took over from another…
KP Law took over from another solicitor’s firm and kept me up to date with my claim. Although it took a long time eventually it came through and I am delighted. If I ever called to find out what was the latest information, my call was handled politely and an update provided . On occasion it took awhile but this was due to the company in question not the firm .

Mine has been quite a long process
Mine has been quite a long process.
From start to semi completion (which is where we currently are) I have found all colleagues at KP Law, enormously helpful, patient and kind.
Easy to contact, easy to speak with.
They maintained contact with me keeping me updated.
Any questions I had they answered promptly.
There was no information that I needed that wasn’t to my knowledge provided promptly and honestly.
I’m always a little reluctant to comment as everyone will have a different experience.
But from my point of view I have felt like my situation was being handled by people who genuinely cared.
Thank you all at KP Law that I had any communication with 5⭐️
PS; I will note location but my case may have been cared for by both offices.
Date is of review. The whole process has been several years, I am unable to recall the beginning dates of the process.

I wouldn't bother using this law firm. They are tremendously incompetent and a complete waste of time - I used them for a JD Sports date breach where customer's information and details were stolen in a hack. They take almost a year to provide each update and never actually do anything. Stay clear and use someone else who may be able to provide you with some sort of service. I am furious to be honest - You have to jump through hoops providing them this and that information all to be told - Computer says no!! Jokers!!
