never build with them again

I would never build with them again. Not once did I try to cut corners or haggle with them on price. In fact my variations were in excess of $20k. The main issue has been around the electrical. But we also have cracked tiles it 2 showers, cornices comming off and every bathroom the plaster joins are showing because the exhaust fans are useless. The front fence that I paid a lot more for looks second hand. I gave up trying to get the plasterer back. I will not use the tiler again as he did a project outside of the build scope with 50% of tiles popping. Given the shambles they did in trying to repair 6 of those tiles there is no way Id get him to do the broken tiles in the bathroom. Also look at the photos who in the world puts a 20 mm tile trim at the bottom of a shower? Do you know how hard that is to clean?

Here is a more detailed list of electrical issues. The property isn't even 5 years old yet and issues started day 1 of moving in. We are now replacing major electrical equipment such as AC"s and lights becausewe have had enoughof tge excuses. We halve had issues with the AC's since day one. We were blamed and given nearly every excuse under the sun. We replaced the first one in March and will likely have to replace them all in the next two years. Then we had them out for the garage lights 3 times, they replaced them once. After 17 months of issues I replaced them, no more problems. I also need to replace 2 external lights. Not to mention that the dedicated isolators that I paid for aren't. The sauna trips AC's circuits, the front gate is on the kitchen circuit. During the big lot of rain I turned off the gate motor as I didn't want issues. The only problem is is turned off the kitchen as well. So I turned it back on. As per my concerns it triggered and destroyed the track. It also now doesn't function correctly.

Very disappointed because Brad on move in day was like any issues even if you scratch a wall moving in give us a call. All empty words
