Having been badly messed around and let down by a major DIY chain I searched for my items elsewhere and this company still had stock of the greenhouse I wanted. Checked the reviews and all looked good.
Order was despatched within a couple of days by DPD (the best courier in my experience) and I'm now one happy bunny.
Despatch would usually be next day but understandably things are a bit slower now but still excellent snd fast service.
Since the current crisis I can honestly say the smaller independent companies are coming out way ahead of the well known chain shops.
Wouldn't hesitate to order from here again. Thankyou!!

I can’t stress enough how fabulous the service from this company has been. Having struggled with a bad back recently, I could no longer lift or use my heavy petrol lawnmower and needed to purchase a lighter alternative urgently (my lawn was starting to resemble a wheat field!). Where other companies have been, understandably, unable to maintain service standards and delivery times during our current national health crisis, The Keen Gardener provided a remarkable service with incredibly quick responses to queries, incredibly helpful advice and speedy delivery of a top class product. Recently undered a Bosch Aquatak AQT 42-13 Pressure Washer from Keen Gardener and it arrived the next day! I had also had some questions about my purchase and the customer service team were really friendly and went far and beyond to give me the information I required.

Used menny times but an absolute failure trying sel stoke thay haven't had for six months thay take you money for something thay dont have. quit close to thetht I will not be using again ever oversely dont respect the customer's

I ordered a BBQ from this company which was to be delivered within 5 working days. However, it has been 3 weeks. I have had to chase this with them twice. I was assured it would be early this week, but now (only after chasing again) discovered it is being delivered at the end of the week. My garden works are waiting for this BBQ so the delay has a caused me a huge inconvenience. No apology from customer services was offered , or explanation for the unreasonable delay. Not sure why this company has otherwise good reviews, pretty poor shopping experience.

I ordered some fleece jackets - price was the same with delivery as driving to my local garden centre so saved on time and petrol! Well packed and next day arrival

I ordered the palram mythos greenhouse after reading good reviews and was not disappointed. Easy to put together and surprisingly sturdy considering the panels aren't glass. Our garden is a wind tunnel but it has not blown away (unlike my old shed). Delivery was super speedy, 2 days from ordering it. Overall very happy with my purchase, many thanks.

Came across this company when I did a price comparison online for a Cascade solar powered water pitcher. Very competitively priced, the product arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the product developed a problem within a few days. A call to the manufacturer confirmed that it was indeed a fault, and that I should contact the company I purchased it from. I must admit that at this stage I was regretting buying online, as it would be hassle to return the product. I needn’t have worried. Keen Gardener were fantastic. After sending them video images of the fault, they immediately emailed me a returns label, so that I could simply drop off at my local post office, postage free.
A replacement unit was with me within four days of me dropping the faulty unit off. Brilliant service throughout from Keen Gardener. Friendly and caring manner on the phone, and excellent email communication. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Faultless service, thank you very much for all your help. 😊

We bought a Palram Sierra patio cover from Keengardener.
The transaction was really smooth 5*s for them.
The product is very well made,much better than expected,easy installation for a moderately diyer..
The Palram Sierra was delivered super quick and packaged really well..

Bought a Wilkinson Branch and Shrub Cutter from them in May last year. The stainless steel wire had begun to fray. Phoned them, they asked me to supply a picture, and on receipt of this they supplied a new Cutter, arriving 10 days later
According to my wife I complain about a lot of poor service these days.
This on the other hand was truly excellent service - brilliant!

Was induced to purchase an item from Keengardener that I could purchase cheaper elsewhere because they advertised that a wine voucher worth £60 was provided with every order. This more than made up for additional cost.

Upon attempting to redeem the voucher I was told that it was not valid, because I had previously used a voucher from Keengardener. I therefore did not receive a voucher worth £60 with my order. I consider the advert to be inaccurate, misleading or false.

I immediately notified Keengardener and cancelled my order. Despite this, they still despatched the order 2 days later.

*My email read “Under the circumstances, please cancel the order for a full refund.”* (Amended in light of Reply)

Although they have offered a refund they have refused to reimburse the cost of return postage, which would leave me out of pocket, despite 2 failings on their part.

Will not use again.

First class service, had a small issue with a new BBQ, email query answered within minutes by phone. Problem sorted by very helpful staff - incorrect assembly by me! Highly recommended!

Ordered 4 x Forest Cambridge garden planters from Keen Gardener, promptly received an e-mail confirming the order.The price was by far the best I could find anywhere. They were delivered one week later by two lovely men, who obligingly carried them into the garage for me. Upon checking the planters, there was one piece missing from one of the planters. I e-mailed Keen Gardener, and had the missing piece delivered 5 days later. The planters are now built, in place, and filled with plants, and they look absolutely superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending Keen Gardener, and look forward to purchasing from them in the future.

Delivered and up in a couple days good instructions nothing missing lovely 6x10 greenhouse I'm delighted treated myself to shelving too

Once started it was like putting up a large jigsaw.. all fits together well the palram skylight 6x8 is a good shed.. looked flimsy to begin with but once the metal edges are on very sturdy

Ordered a garden ornament from them in good faith, delivery was quick however I received the wrong item. Thinking it was just a mistake I emailed there customer service team, I received a speedy reply to inform me that they were aware of the issue and that the supplier had changed the design of the item but they hadn’t received a new image so we’re still using the old one! This is a completely different product! I am now left with the wrong item and out of pocket until they receive there product back! I on the other hand am still without a Christmas gift!!
