Ordered 4 wall pots, they arrived quickly but one was damaged.
E-mailed Keen Gardener and within half an hour had a reply saying they would replace the pot. New pot arrived in 2 days. Excellent service from Keen Gardener, will definitely use them again.

Ordered a water feature came next day delivery excellent service plus it was £75 cheaper than our local
garden Centre would definitely recommend this company.

I bought a buschbeck BBQ slight problem with it not Keen gardeners fault . I got offered a different product from buschbeck which I accepted . That product broke after 2 uses , I contacted Keen gardener and they sorted out with buschbeck and I was given another replacement . Wish all retailers were this helpful .

The service although quirky was brilliant. Ordered Saturday night - product arrived Tuesday morning. No acknowledgement of my order and no confirmation that my order was on its way. Perhaps this is the way forward - why block the internet with emails telling customers this or that when you can get the goods to the customer that quick.

I usually by the odd set of lights post xmas to put away for the following year. Couldn't find any at the usual big company haunts. Found this company through a google search and placed an order a couple of days before xmas. Both sets arrived on the first day following xmas holiday, so super efficent. Put one set up straight away and they're absolutely georgeous! and a bargain!
