Fantastic experience!
Only ordered a few basic things but loved the experience! From the handwritten thank you, to the dissolvable packing peanuts (I didn't even know this was a thing!), I will definitely be coming back again if I need some supplies KeebCats stock. fast delivery even for a bank holiday…
fast delivery even for a bank holiday weekend, packing is very eco friendly (packing nuts they used dissolves in water so you dont need to worry about it being in landfall for years), even had the nice added bonus of a personal thank you message on the invoice!. Will more then happily come back again!.

Good price, solid packaging, fast delivery
The price for both goods and shipping was fair, the shipping was well-tracked and integrated well with the Shop app. The packaging was solid although a switch tray could be useful for both counting, storage, and extra protection. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Fast dispatches and minimal waste in packaging
Keebcats dispatched my product fast and sent my item in cardboard packaging to be more environmentally friendly which I prefer as it reduces the amount of plastic waste that I need to dispose of.

Good communication, had a great experience with the customer service team. After placing my order, I realised that I needed to make a change to the item I had selected.
