Avoid booking accommodation with this company.
Extremely disappointed with the way our stay was handled. After we checked in on Friday we discovered there was no hot water. We were told it would be sorted out by 9am the next morning. At 10am the next morning, after not being able to shower after our long drive the day before, when we asked for feedback, we were told that it could not be fixed until the Monday, and we would be refunded and they would try to help us find alternative accommodation, which they didn't even attempt to do. We then proceeded to find alternative accommodation ourselves. Keeping in mind this was the weekend of the Manchester Marathon which we were there for, and we had booked this accommodarion months in advance. We managed to find alternative accommodation, at a huge extra cost, and moved immediately. After following up a few more times regarding our refund, we were eventually refunded only 75% of the nightly rate which is a misrepresentation of a full refund. We have also had to wait for our deposit to be returned, and have had no confirmarion of when we will received that. When querying the short repayment of the accommodation nightly rate, we were told that the short payment was due to the cleaning costs. So far we are out of pocket £115 plus the £250 deposit. We would not recommend dealing with this company at all.
