Outstanding customer service and fast shipping, will order from here again.
No problems-it was delivered one day later than stated but overall, good experience
We ordered a James Martin vanity on June 22, 2024. It was shown as being in stock, and was supposed to be shipped within 2-4 business days. We did not receive it until July 19, and it arrived without the sink. We notified KB Authority immediately, and when the replacement sink arrived it was apparently smashed into pieces—UPS would not even show us the package, saying it violated their regulations to do so.
We asked for another replacement sink, and requested that it be adequately packaged. When it arrived on August 10 it also was smashed to pieces, and clearly inadequately packaged to survive shipment.
Additionally, it wasn’t even a James Martin sink, but a "Hydra Pro. “
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Kitchen and Bath Authority. I placed an order on April 17, and despite numerous promises, I still haven't received my items. It has now been over two months, and the lack of communication and responsiveness from this company is unacceptable.
Initially, they assured me my order would arrive soon, but as the weeks turned into months, their promises meant nothing. Recently, they stopped responding altogether. This level of service is completely unprofessional and has caused significant delays and frustration for my home renovation project.
I urge potential customers to reconsider doing business with Kitchen and Bath Authority. Their inability to deliver on promises and lack of customer support is appalling. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I ordered two vanities in October of 2023. One was fine; the other arrived with a broken top. I requested a replacement. The replacement came and was, again, broken. I requested another replacement. This time they sent the wrong top. I requested yet another replacement. It was broken again. It is now June, 2024. Each time, they require pictures which means you have to open the box completely with no way of repackaging the heavy marble. Now, they are refusing to give me a refund without returning the broken one, (not the wrong one that was intact). How am I supposed to re-package this thing without buying the equipment to do so? And what am I supposed to do with all of these tops? They only requested the last broken one be resent. Really? This has been a ridiculous experience deserving of a complaint with the BBB. It's been eight months & I still don't have a top for the vanity.
Ordered Dreamline shower base on May 2, got delivered damaged. Ordered replacement and got it 10 days later, also damaged. Thank you UPS. Asked for refund at that time. As of June 12, haven’t received my refund. I’ve called 4 times over a 12 day period and get lie after lie. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor and I’m told they’re not in yet. Seriously no supervisor at 10am? Asked for a supervisor to call me…no call back.
Ef this company…period!!!
If you order something from this company, beware. They advertise quick delivery. Not so. You’ll be lucky if you get it within 3 months. And they won’t communicate this to you. I canceled my order and they sent it anyway. Then refused to give the refund. After much talking they finally agreed to the refund. But here it is a month later and still NO REFUND. It cost me $300 dollars to ship back a sink I canceled. Now I’m out $1700 dollars. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe that will get their attention?
Dishonest. They said they do not charge for shipping; however, after I placed the order, they wanted to charge me an additional $23 for shipping. In addition, the customer service rep was extremely rude and arrogant.
I ordered a bathroom mirror since the orignal was broken and they delivered the wrong one. They put the woring window in the wroing box. If you read the label in the box is exactly the same, meanwile the mirror came around 2" shorter and we had to hire contactors to modify it. They promossed that they will do something about it and then no response whatsoever.
Buyer Beware!!
Worst customer service! Incompetent staff!
I purchased a bathroom vanity and sink top for $1000.00. The day it was delivered I received 2. One with the sink and one without. Which I will never understand. I opened the boxes immediately to peek inside never taking anything out of the boxes. I sealed up the one without the sink and decided I didn’t like the color anyway so I started a return for the one with the sink that same day. I paid $125 to UPS. And I also knew there was a restocking fee and would not get the full refund but I was still going thru with return. The second one they sent was picked up by UPS but was not easy to arrange thru KB Authority. It sat on my porch for weeks. I sent back the one with the sink and only the vanity arrived damage. Not the porcelain sink. There were cracks in many of the screw locations in the vanity which means the damage happened when they constructed it and they put a damaged vanity in the original shipment. If UPS damaged the vanity, the sink would also be damaged. KBA are liars and untrustworthy. I didn’t see the damage because I never took it out of the box. KB Authority took no responsibility and suggested I put a claim in thru UPS, which I did twice. They each expired because KBA would not allow UPS to come in and inspect the package. UPS tried to contact them twice for each claim(so 4 phone calls from UPS were not followed up) and UPS never got a response. I tried to do another claim for the third time and my claim was rejected and now my tracking number has disappeared. I have spoken to multiple people at KBA and have gotten a total run around. They dragged their feet knowing that UPS would eventually disappear and they would not have to refund me the $750 for vanity. After a lot of stress they finally refunded me for the sink. That’s a sign that UPS had nothing to do with it. The vanity they shipped me was broken originally. They are liars and greedy and don’t care about customer service. BUYER BEWARE.
Tayler has amazing customer service skills and went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. She even got back to me faster than the time she told me she would :)
Had great Customer Support (shout out to Teylor) involving our delivery date. Teylor made the whole process so easy. Such a relieving experience.
Listen up everyone…DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KBA!!
This business is poorly run but very incompetent people! My one experience & never again experience with KBA went like this…I ordered a Blossom 48” lighted built in vanity mirror on 4/3/24 because their website stated they had it in stock.
I got this gut feeling to call them the next day (today 4/4/24) to make sure they received my order, really had it in stock & if so when will they ship it out. I got bounced around from one person to another when finally a lady stated she could help. She put me on hold & came back saying it was in stock & when ship in 5 days & I should received it about 5 days after that…2 weeks in total.
Later in the day I got an email from them stated my order was canceled with no further information. So I called them & with the same bounce around & got ahold of a different lady saying she had to check with the manage. She comes back saying it wasn’t in stock so they canceled the order & now if I wanted it I would need to pay $300 more!
Now (tonight 4/4/24) I wondered if they changed their website now stating this item was not in stock…oh no. It’s still stating it’s in stock…so they can pull the same scam to someone else.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS & they all your family members & friends to not do business. Matter of fact don’t even look at their website. This company is not for the consumer.
After purchasing the wrong item...my fault, I did exactly as they requested to submit a return. I did not write on the original box. I packed the original box INSIDE another box and returned the item. I was told all parts where not included (lie) so no refund would be granted. Not to mention the cost I paid to return the item. This company steals from the consumer.
I loved the chimes, but I had to return them because they were not compatible with our RING DOORBELL. So I had to return them at my cost for shipping back to Kitchen and Bath. They should notate on the website what kind of doorbells are compatible with their products to save the customers the added expense of shipping back the products .
Everything went well other than the shipping company sucked. They took well over a week to deliver my purchase which delayed the remodel.
Best prices, received items quickly, packaged securely. Would order again.
I ordered a stand alone bathtub from KBAuthority. The website said there were 5 in stock. I ordered it on Oct 4th, it's now Nov 17th and I still do not have the tub. In my first 2 calls to customer service, they could not give me any information. Last week I finally got someone who could give me information. But not much of it. She said it would be delivered this week, blaming the delay on the shipping company. It's now the end of the week and no tub. Very frustrating!
Extremely thin packaging during shipment resulted in receiving a damaged product. I have been trying to process a refund since then. They require requesting a refund within 48 hours, I requested it within 24 hours. I keep responding to the SAME automated email about a refund, directly asking for steps to return the item, and offering to send images of damage again. I am getting no response.
10/5/23 order placed via website. Website showed all 3 items in stock and available to ship. Received auto email confirmation that order was received. Order total $3129.75 10/13/23 received email that vanity was back ordered and would not ship for another month plus so we removed it from the order bringing our total to $2282.60 10/12/23 receive email that the mirror must ship from another location and would incur and additional $246 charge which we approved. 10/18/23 received email stating items had shipped. 10/24/23 called and spoke with Taylor and was told the medicine cabinet had not been picked up by the carrier and that she would call me on 10/25/23 to confirm that it had been picked up. 10/31/23 called since I had not received any follow up and again was told that the medicine cabinet was on their dock for pick up. Asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and was just left on hold. Company took absolutely no responsibility for their lack of service and management of the order
