Avoid this company and it's products at ALL costs
Was emailed and told I would be able to sign for package and inspect it upon delivery. Instead, I came home and the two mirrors were left on the front stairs of my house in the rain, both mirrors were completely shattered. It took three weeks and 8 phone calls and numerous emails to get someone to actually take action to get a refund issued. The return/refund process for this company is absurd and completely unacceptable in this day and age. Absolutely will NEVER purchase anything again from this site and would advise all others to steer far away. This is the Temu/Shein equivalent level of quality and customer service except with complete lack of follow through and quality control.

This is not the experience we want any customer to have. The package should not have been left unattended, especially given the nature of the items and the delivery expectations that were communicated to you. We completely understand how upsetting it is to come home to damaged merchandise, particularly when it could have been prevented.
We do our best to process damage claims as quickly as possible. In situations like this, we are required to work directly with the carrier to complete their investigation and documentation before we can finalize refunds or replacements. While we actively push these claims forward, parts of the timeline depend on UPS or FedEx completing their portion so we can complete ours. This is not meant as an excuse. We want you to know that we are doing everything within our control to move these requests forward as quickly as possible.
Although we are glad the refund was ultimately issued, we fully acknowledge that the time and effort required on your part were unacceptable. Your feedback has been shared internally so we can improve delivery coordination, carrier accountability, and response times when issues arise.
We truly regret losing your trust. If you ever decide to give us another opportunity in the future, we would be happy to offer a significant discount as a gesture of goodwill and an opportunity to make things right.

I have SWISS MADISON toilets and needed to replace the flush bush buttons in chrome color. They were difficult to find, but KBAuthority had them. The order process was simple and fast, and I received the parts on time. I will check out KBAuthority again next time for any bathroom or outdoor furniture needs.

Just a terrible company
Just a terrible company, after the first delivery of a new tub and plumbing was damaged upon arrival, the second delivery is missing the plumbing. Now KBA refuses to communicate with me and won't deliver the plumbing parts.

There are cases where replacement parts and freight claims require coordination with the manufacturer and the carrier, which can cause delays. That said, we recognize that clear, timely communication should always be maintained, and we apologize if that did not happen here.

We had such a great experience! Our toilets were delivered incredibly fast, and the delivery person was so kind and helpful. We did receive the wrong bidet seats initially, but their customer service was amazing. They responded within a day, sent us return shipping labels right away, and as soon as they received the return, the correct seats were at our doorstep the same day.
They are insanely fast with communication and always so kind and helpful. Truly one of the smoothest customer service experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!
