Eventual success!

I had to phone 4 times . eventual success. some cut me off or were very dismissive, however the last lady i spoke to was very helpful and finally i got somewhere.

A foolish mistake

I really regret having to ask for refund of some of the items I got, as I told you before, it is not a question of quality it is a matter of price. I live in Mexico and I have read your advertisement and expressed my willing to buy the nice and very helpful cutting board; my granddaughter saw the ad, a clearing, and decided to surprise me with the cutting board and some more items but the prices were set in dollars, not in Mexican pesos and she didn't understand that. As soon as I realize this I asked for a change in the order but it was too late, so you gently explained that I should wait for the delivery and then you would guide me to do the return process. Here I would like to advise you to set the prices in the country's currency to avoid this kind of problem.

Watch the end process. You try to finish and you accidentally order more!

The site is very problematic as it tri is you into trusting you have touched the right button to finish the process but you’ve ordered more because the buttons are impossibly to close

Titanium cutting boards.

The website seems easy enough, but a little confusing because of not giving a total for the product ordered. It gives it on an email with the order number instead of the website. It seems to be that it took a little longer before the package arrived. But that could be just me.

I was nervous about the white film on…

I was nervous about the white film on the board, as it didn't seem to want to come off. Aeron assured me the plastic was just to protect the Titanium board and it should come off easily once I got it started.

My new board looks great. I look forward to using it.

We will see how it goes with a refund d that I requested. But customer service answered the phone fairly quickly and I asked for a partial refund. It was be ause I thought I ordered all different sizes, but they are smaller than expected. I don't need 10, so I'm sending 5 back.
I'll update with the final results after the return

Added extra items which were not…

Added extra items which were not requested and would not cancel them as they said they were dispatched on the same day of the order 😡 Also promised a refund which they never followed up on Avoid at all costs
Still no email from them , surprise surprise 😡
