This is a total rip off

This is a total rip off. I found this website from Pinterest and ordered two rings from them. It's obviously a fake website. Took three weeks to get from "Connecticut". The rings are not the ones shown. Cheap materials. Not real metal or stones. Not even glass it's cheap resin.

Earrings do not match the item advertised.

Earrings took three weeks to receive. I was really looking forward to wearing them. The gold on these earrings is overly shiny and covers the pearls instead of highlighting them. The wire covers half the hook and half the pearl. I can't wear these. I contacted Katie Lucy about how to return them over five days ago and haven't received a response.

Be Aware

First, the company name and pictures on the website seem to be intentionally trying to indicate that this is an American company. It is not. When I requested to return the items, I was given a foreign address and told it would cost me over $30 to ship the items back. Second, it took over a month to receive my order. The rings I ordered were okay but the metal on the silver earrings was too shiny and looked cheap.

If it is too good to be true......it…

If it is too good to be true......it usually is.....too many creepy people in our world. Got the charge but not the order. Do not fall for this one.

I finally got my order and it was not complete and as other reviews said it is crap! I would not wear this junk to a costume party...This is a real scam.

This website is not legitimate

This website is not legitimate! The photos used are stolen from actual artists' picture of their jewelry. You will not get the item you see. They even used photos from the now defunct Sundance Jewelry Catalog - the actual photos! This site needs to be closed down. Red flags: prices are way too low for the jewelry shown. Too many different styles and types of photographs. No legit jeweler would have such a schizophrenic photography style. The "sterling silver" ring I received was not silver. I tried to test it by heating it with my torch and it exploded! Stones were fake and glued in place. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Cheap substitute

My order from China arrived today and I am extremely disappointed and feel like I’ve been cheated. First of all, the two rings came in a small envelope in little plastic bags with no protection. On her webpage, the picture shows a nice blue jewelry box included. I might’ve paid 100 bucks for the “vintage” ring but this cheap gold thing wasn’t even worth the 20 bucks I paid. Completely false advertising. It’s the old bait and switch. I will not recommend this page to anybody. The jewelry might be handmade, but not by the woman shown in the picture, it is obviously made by women in China who are hardly paid anything to make it and it shows. I’d attach pictures but this site won’t let me.

What a bunch of cheap crap from China

What a bunch of cheap crap from China! The items I purchased are not "hand made" by Katie Lucy. These products look and feel like they came from a vending machine. One ring received the "stone" was rolling around inside the bag. As far as shipping, it took a month to get here, no updates except for "processing".

I am a month out and have not received…

I am a month out and have not received my $47 order. I sent an email which bounced back. I did not realize that this company was misrepresenting itself online and that it is actually a factory in China. Shame on me!
If anything changes, I will edit my review.
3/19 Still working on it. Their email bounces back. No customer service reply. Paid via PayPal. Waiting for their response.

No response concerning my order

I placed my order on 2-3-2026. Still waiting to receive it. Tried repeatedly, without success to get any response to my emails questioning the whereabouts or tracking of said order. Very frustrating! They've already processed and received their money from my credit card!

Junk Merchandise

The earrings I received looked nothing like the photos; they are cheap-looking and made in China so there was no returning them. They gave me a 50% refund since the return shipping is so expensive. Buyer beware.
