Customer service shocking

Made a purchases on 21st March 2022 and opted for the delivery of 3-5 days. My confirmation email arrived as said to expect it on 25/3/22 which was great. I waited in and did not receive my purchase so thought id wait incase it came on the Saturday. Nothing arrived. I called up and spoke to a lovely lady who apologised and said that for some reason the purchase had not been picked and that she would do it that day (mon 28th) and that it would arrive the next day- tues 29th on an express delivery. It is now 31st march, I have not had any shipping confirmation which I was told I would receive and no parcel still. These were both gifts for mothers day and a birthday which have now passed, I emailed a complaint to which I was told they posted the purses but it’s the courier that they need to speak to, furthermore I am now unable to get in touch with customer services to ask for an update/cancel the order as it is no longer relevant. VERY annoyed and will never purchase again, shame as I love their stuff!

I love the brand but shame about the…

I love the brand but shame about the service this time round. I purchased a weekend bag from Katie Loxton but the tag was not sent with it, to which I was told that I would be sent out one with the initials. This did not happen, I was just sent out the tag with no initials, only to be told it was a mistake on their part to say it would have the initials… my husband also purchased a weekend bag for me, this did not come with the tag or the shoulder strap. The tag has since been sent out but the shoulder strap has still not been sent

Really poor customer service

Paid for 2 items to be personalised but only one was. Too much hassle for me to repackage and send back they did refund personalisation money. Poor customer service and attitude! Their error but they expected me to repackage and send package back! Goodwill gesture would have been more acceptable as product under £10! Not about the value but the experience - there is a lot of competition out there!

And so the adventure begins

Ordered a personalised hold-all after checking reviews and seeing products online. Product came quicker than advised and appears to be of good quality, I like the attention to detail. Tracking and efficient service. I would buy from them again and recommend on my experience so far. Fairly impressed for a company I had not yet heard of or used before. Nice looking product. Can verify the long term

Fantastic

Fantastic, speedy service. Ordered 2 pouches in the sale, both with initials to be added. The quality was superb and the packaging was beautiful with a personal gift card for my niece. So happy with them I have just placed another order today

Great customer service

I ordered a bag that came in completely squished due to the way the bag was packaged (no stuffing inside the bag and too many air bags lining the box). I received really really good customer service from representative named Brittany H who helped me file a damage claim and return. I don’t think I would try to purchase from them again as I bought the bag on sale after seeing it in a Facebook ad and in my opinion what I received wasn’t worth the full retail price. But the customer service was indeed phenomenally better than I could have expected based off of the other reviews I read here before deciding to try my luck anyway.

Absolutely brilliant customer service…

Absolutely brilliant customer service and the bag itself is lovely! I bought the weekend bag as a hospital bag as I am due my second baby any time. I ordered it on standard delivery but when it didn’t arrive on time I was concerned so called them. They answered immediately and looked into it to see there was an issue with Royal Mail. They immediately put an order in for another one and then put it on next day delivery with another courier. I have lots of handbags that I’ve spend a lot of money on and I would say the quality of this one is on a par! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the quality and overrated for what essential is a very plain product. Dressed up in packaging to try and give it more legs than its actually got - all fur coat and no ....... Don't see what all the fuss is about sadly my daughter's choice not mine.

Lovely bag no customer service

Lovely bag, bought a Christmas. After 6 months the strap is coming apart at the edges, only used a few times.
Customer service don’t bother to reply.
The bag is beautiful but very short life of 6-7 uses only. Terrible customer service.

I just received my first Katie Loxton bag as a gift from my son and I was not disappointed 😍
Absolutely beautiful bag in gorgeous packaging. Also super quick delivery. Overall top marks on quality and service. Will definitely buy from here again. 💖

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I'm a business and work with Katie Loxton on a wholesale base and can honestly say everytime I have placed an order, there has been an issue. The latest one being that they have taken an extra payment out of my account with no explanation as to why other than 'we input the wrong amount'. After them already taking another payment. Avoid this business and their shoddy customer service. I wont be doing business with them again.

Lack of pocket an oversight.

I received my Kensington weekend bag promptly direct from the company. The bag is very good quality and looks beautiful. My only criticism would be that it has no pockets inside or outside the bag. The photographs and video do not show the full inside so I was still hoping a pocket may be a feature of the bag. A little disappointing for a bag of this size.

Amazing service and gorgeous gifts!

Amazing company and beautiful, gorgeously presented gifts! Even the packaging is stunning.
When my order arrived I had unfortunately received the item in the wrong colour. I called customer services but unfortunately they were closed for the day so I left a message and then followed up again on the next business day. I explained the situation and the lovely customer assistant, Suzanne, apologised and said she would have a replacement sent out to me that day. She asked if I could please return the incorrect item when convenient for me.
I instantly received email confirmation of the item being reshipped and I received it within a couple of days!
I then had a follow up call from the voicemail I had left and I thanked them for returning my call and explained I had already spoken to a colleague and my issue had been resolved.
Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much Katie Loxton team!!!
