The team at KS are so helpful and cannot do enough to support any customer service issues. I had missing item and they had resent within 24 hours. Amazing.

Still not shipped 2 weeks later.
The products are great and so need consistency. My face has completely broke out due to having to use a cheaper alternative in the meantime and I am due to get married!
So unbelievably disappointed!
I got a nice email and discount code but not been given advice as to when the operations will resume.
It doesn't state this before you hit the pay now button. Customers should be warned before they buy and not after.
Per their Instagram, their influencers appear to be receiving their new summer skincare range fine....this is not ok!

After experiencing a delivery delay and poor customer service my delivery reached me with a very kind acknowledgment of their errors and a surprise partial refund. Very appreciated.

Had a query with my account, when ordering I had forgotten to login so I missed out on collecting my points....wrote to customer services who replied promptly and happily added the points and notified me that I had ordered previously and forgotten to add points and they added those as well. Great service 👍

New to Kate Somerville products and already loving the extra radiance I’m seeing. Just as importantly I received fantastic customer service when there was an issue with my order. Jayne was brilliant!

When my order arrived this week, one of the main products was missing. Jayne helped me quickly over email and after a couple of emails to explain the situation she immediately made sure that the missing item was delivered. Really great service. Great, products - worked for my combination skin. I bought the exfolikate set, I think individually the products are otherwise overpriced

My order arrived and was totally incorrect due to a warehouse issue. Jayne sorted this for me. She replied to my emails quickly and keen to reassure me that this could be resolved. My correct order arrived within the week.

Ordered one of their new Kateceuticals Total Repair cream. After a few days I found it didn't agree with my skin. I contacted their skin experts for advice. I received plenty of support and advice. Item has now been refunded. Excellent customer service. Well done Kate Somerville 👏

I am writing this review after having had an issue with an order from Kate Somerville. They were so quick to respond to my email & resolved the issue for me and offered me a full refund all done stress free!. I will definitely order from them again.

I've been devoted to Kate Somerville products for many years and am so thankful that they now have a UK base. Peptide K8, goat milk cleanser and dry skin saver are staples on my dressing table. I love the passion of their founder (and her skin) and the formulas and efficacy of the range. My experience of the customer service is excellent. All I ask now is that they open up a clinic in the UK

I first found Kate Somerville through my Caroline Hirons winter kit, I absolutely love delikate it’s the only thing to give me almost clear normal skin (not bright red from rosacea) I have never had ‘normal skin’ I have restocked with cleanser and moisturiser so I never run out. Unfortunately they only sent me 1 cleanser and I had purchased 2 but they have been brilliant at rectifying this and are sending another cleanser out straightaway, so not only are there products fab so are there customer service team. Thankyou

The best shopping experience I’ve had in a while. I mistakenly ordered to my older address and they fixed it for me. Honestly the best team ever! I can’t wait to receive my product and come back to review them

Made my first order recently and was disappointed to be sent the wrong item however as soon as I contacted customer services they couldn't have been more helpful and sent out correct item straight away and by way of apology let me keep the item sent in error! Very impressed with the customer service thank you
