Said they tried to refund but said it had failed which I don’t understand they have drawn money out of my account???so they asked for all this information to prove the account a week ago they took money out of this is the list some obvious like name etc but also wanted :-

3. Bank Identification Code (BIC):
4. International Bank Account Number (IBAN):
5. Account Number:
6. Account Holder's Name:
7. Name of the Bank:
8. Bank statement that shows no credits

Should have just said we don’t want to give you a refund as I’m sure I am not going through all of that they can keep the money but will do as my bank advised cancel my debit card and have another one issued so they can’t do this again and I’ve trusted them to protect me online???

Jeg har haft Kaspersky nogle år men på det seneste virker administrationen af det ikke optimalt så jeg ville ud af det.
Det kan jeg godt glemme. Min konto er slettet fuldstændigt og ja min fejl jeg fik ikke stoppet automatisk fornyelse. Nu vil jeg gerne have mine penge retur men det er fuldstændig umuligt at komme i kontakt med firmaet. En smart måde at tjene penge på. Træk automatisk og gør det umuligt at kommunikere med firmaet medmindre du selvfølgelig vil købe noget. Det er simpelthen for dårligt af et så anerkendt firma men hold jer fra det eller vær sikker på du ikke skal i kontakt med dem

That is not possible. My account is delected and yes I unfortunately forgot to stop the renewal of the product. My fault. Now I would like to ask for a refund but it is completely impossible to get in contact with Kaspersky. A smart way to earn your money. An automatic renewal and make it impossible to get a refund or contact the firm. Unless you want to buy of course then there are possibilities
Not decent of a wellrespected firm as Kaspersky so keep away from it or be certain you don’t need to contact them
