I do not recommend the customer service from KartSim I bought the full pro package end of 2025 for £600. Now they want me to purchase it again for £600 just to get the updated karts and tracks 4 months from purchase which should just be an upgrade to there already pro package customers.. ( I’ve had it 4 months )
If this was a new game I was getting I’d understand but it’s not it’s just an update.
Also your recent post where you put ( you said we listened ) I commented asking for pro customer to be able to upgrade to v4 which you deleted twice!
Not good customer service! Rather than replying they deleted me from there page can’t take criticism!

To clarify, this is not a minor update but a major new release, developed over an extended period with significant additions including new karts, tracks, and ongoing physics improvements. As with previous releases, we offered a limited-time 50% upgrade promotion so existing customers could access it at a reduced cost.
The promotion was available to all customers for a fixed two-week period following release and was communicated via our newsletter, website, and social channels. After this, pricing returns to standard levels to ensure consistency and fairness for all customers.
We understand the timing may feel unfortunate in your case, but our release cycle is not tied to individual purchase dates.
Regarding your comments on social media, we do not remove feedback unless it is duplicated or breaches platform guidelines. In some cases, content may also be removed automatically by the platform itself. We remain open to constructive feedback and are always happy to address concerns directly, however if issues needs to be resolved it's best to contact our support team via email rather than commenting on social media.
