Disappointing experience with this company. Their technician came twice to work on my dishwasher (drainage error sign) but he could not identify what exactly was wrong. He tried a couple of things but it did not work. First visit was 1245dkk, second visit was not charged. The company said that the next step would be to replace the dishwasher parts for extra 2800dkk. It would be still cheaper than buying and installing a new machine but I had not faith it would work because the technician clearly said he was not sure what the problem was (several possibilities).

Here I am 3 weeks later, 1245dkk shorter (no refunds), still with the very same problem.

What I liked about the company was communication. It was fast, easy, they had not problem with English. That was really good.

i had a problem wish Samsung washing machine. I contacted samsung, and they referred to Karsbæk. However, they never contacted me to make a booking. (Samsung told me they would contact me) so I rang them, and a woman who answered the phone said in rude way, "So, you wanna make a booking?"
After the service, I still had a problem. I emailed them with a picture, no one contacted me EVER. I needed to call again. the repair man was not friendly, a woman on the phone was not friendly either. I would not recommend this service.
